Everything is fine, repairs, furnishings, staff.
But...
there's only one tooth brushing kit for two.
In the room, even if there is no card, the light in the corridor works. That is, at night and in the morning, when you go to the bathroom, and the satellite is asleep, the light constantly turns on.
These are the biggest disadvantages.
The rest is completely consistent with the stars.
The breakfast and most importantly the restaurant where it takes place, its serving is just great.

To be honest, the Hotel is not worth the money, imho. The staff is extremely polite and friendly, there are no questions for them. But the fund is tired, the breakfasts are very modest for a five and such a price. Parking is paid and is not included in the price.

One of the oldest hotels in Minsk. This building is located in the historical center of Minsk. Yes, it's a little noisy, but trust me, it's worth it.
Excellent cuisine, courteous staff. The only disadvantage is that the hotel is located in fact next to Freedom Square, where previously Belarusian-Polish zmagars liked to hold their performances, working off Western grants. I hope that after the cleaning of GUBOPiK, it will become even more comfortable to relax in the hotel.

A complete disappointment from the hotel. We went to the most expensive hotel in Minsk with the hope of pampering ourselves with luxurious rooms, a spa and long delicious and beautiful breakfasts. As a result, we got a very mediocre stuffy room, fallen pillows, as if from a reserved seat train Moscow-Vorkuta, a tiny SPA (fortunately there was no one else but us) in the basement, where even the light is not on from the elevator.. Breakfasts are a separate story. Disgusting cold coffee, overstuffed sandwiches and snacks, clearly left over from the New Year's banquet, a meager selection of dishes, not to mention the lack of a toaster, normal tea and other breakfast attributes familiar to 5-star hotels. And for dessert, our things were dropped in the storage room, eventually breaking a crystal glass and turning over a box of cakes bought as a gift.. It feels like I got into a bad Chinese fake hotel... I strongly do not recommend it. There are plenty of other hotels for the same money, I want to believe with the best quality and service!!!

At breakfast, the "kitchen" began to sort things out with the hostesses, of course I sympathize that your business processes are not debugged, but in the morning I don't really want to listen to this. Special greetings to the one who came up with the idea of putting a bed in a corner in the single. Of course, if a gray top comes at night, then it will be easier to fight back) but sleeping in a corner is not ice. Otherwise, it is tolerable)

The room was large, everything was very clean. There were no visitors at the spa at all. The only thing I didn't like was the hammam, which was too hot and rarely ventilated.

We booked a room with balconies in advance (two weeks in advance), on the day of check-in, when we arrived at 15.00, we could not check in, since the room was still occupied, although check-in started at 12, but we offered a storage room for things. Parking is also paid for guests, and literally 5 places are free, when I asked to leave my car in the paid parking lot until 13.00, and not at 12 when the eviction took it away, I heard a categorical answer, it is not allowed. At 20, when we arrived to check in again, we were given another room, without a balcony, and this was the main condition, so the bride's morning with a photo shoot was planned.
Two stars, just for the room, it was clean, cozy, matched the photos.
