Not a bad place in Novopolotsk.
Positive:
1. Delicious cheesecake
2. Tinctures at pleasant prices
3. The interior is pleasant, although the style of different areas of the establishment may not suit everyone
4. The music plays at a convenient volume, you can safely conduct a dialogue with the interlocutor
5. There is a wardrobe — no need to put things on sofas and chairs
6. The order was delivered quickly, the waitress knows the menu perfectly and confidently answers questions
7. He works late on weekends (until 4 a.m.), which is great for night gatherings.
Minuses:
1. During the entrance, the upcoming disco was not mentioned, but when we asked for the bill, they unexpectedly offered to pay for the event if we would stay further. Everything was done politely and without conflicts, but someone might not like it.
2. The dessert is delicious, but the prices seem a little overpriced (about 9 rubles, as in Minsk coffee shops, or even higher)
3. There was no ice cream on the day of our visit, so the choice of desserts was limited to two options
4. The tinctures are quite normal, but they do not have a special taste, they are not comparable with more refined drinks in other places.
Bottom line: a good place with the typical quality of service for the city. The main advantages are the late working hours and comfortable music volume, which create a pleasant atmosphere for communication

Unfortunately, Europa took the last place of those establishments that I managed to visit in Novopolotsk and Polotsk.
The food was tasteless, there was no decoration: the meat cut looked ugly and sloppy. The cheese plate with sausage and marble cheese left a negative impression: these cheeses clearly did not fit the cheese plate. The tongue in sour cream sauce was tasteless and with raw onions.
The condition of the bathroom is disgusting and needs to be repaired for a long time.
The name of the institution "Europe" does not correspond in any way. Alas. I don't recommend it at all...

I was here for the first time. I was walking at the wedding. I really liked it. The seating turned out to be cool - tables + booths with sofas. The food was delicious (sorry, I didn't try everything). It's great that you could go out of the hall, get some air on the balcony, The staff - Well done !

A dubious institution, food relative to other cafes is unreasonably expensive in price-quality. The service is at a satisfactory level, we often had to contact ourselves and look for a waiter. The atmosphere is cozy. Not comfortable tables, it is not convenient to leave the sofa, sharp corners on the tables that you touch when getting up from the table.

A modern cafe with an interesting design and friendly staff. Karaoke room, various table arrangements, including a terrace on the second floor. A dance floor with a decent bar and separate tables along it. It is better to see once than to read many times. I highly recommend it.

Good afternoon! The interior cafe itself is good, the atmosphere is cozy. but! An outdoor terrace on the street is a complete nightmare!! Especially if you are arachnophobes. We came with a girl at 9 p.m. to the upper terrace, we were met by a bunch of midges, they were everywhere, it was very unpleasant to sit down at the table, then we decided to change the table (and this is just the beginning and the flowers, then full of f * pa), moved to another table, above it hung a huge spider web in the corner with a hefty spider, if someone wanted to sit at that table there, they would 100% demolish the web with their head. Then we went to another table and sat down. The girl tells me, look up, and there are just a lot of spiders, less than a minute passes, I hear the girl's voice, I jump aside and a huge spider crawled on a web exactly above my place where my head was. It's just terrible, the most terrible unsanitary conditions. No customer care. To which the waiter replied, but we are already used to them. So the cafe itself is 3-4 stars, and for a separate terrace, there will not be -2, much more!
We also went with a friend 3 months ago to the terrace, everything was still fine, but after leaving the cafe, a friend noticed that all his pants were dirty on the back of the seat, most likely it was dust that had not been removed from the chair and he smeared all his pants with it.

And if you've heard something negative from couch gourmets, then first ask them what they eat at home??

We were in a separate room.
At first, everything was fine.
But as soon as we asked for karaoke, the Internet started to disappear all the time.
The staff service was disgusting, when we were about to leave, the girls did not even wait for us to vacate the hall, talking among themselves that it would be faster that way.
There are no complaints about the music in the common room, everything was great.
