That's horrible... There was a great store in full, until the last reconstruction. We left two full-fledged cash desks, everything else is CSR. During the day, regular ticket offices do not work only during rush hour and often only one (observation for more than one day). The queues are long. You can't fit in a CSR with a full cart of goods, and if you somehow put your goods in a couple of packages from which everything falls out, then pushing other buyers in order to leave is not so much fun. The store is ruined, I won't come back, even though I was a regular customer!

I don't believe in any positive feedback that they write here! I live next to the store and for me this is the worst Euroopt store in Minsk. Either there are no goods, or the products are overdue. And in the meat department, it's generally scary to buy something (there was a negative experience). Today (Sunday) there is no one at the self-service checkout. I had to wait unsuccessfully, and then run around the store and ask if someone would come up or not. Here I am writing to the review for the last time, the next ones will be in the complaint book.

For a remark in the work of the store and a request to restore order, instead of apologies, you will hear rudeness in raised tones.
