So there was a lady in a euroopt vest putting cereals on the shelf. We asked her to call someone, in response we heard that she could not help in any way, well, you can't, then we will invite the head, to which she replied that the head was not in place... Isn't it too hard to go get someone??? There are 12 ticket offices, but it works less than half forever and at peak hour too. At self-service ticket offices during rush hour, this is quite a quest.
