I want to express my dissatisfaction with the quality of service in your store.
I recently had to visit your establishment, and I was disappointed with how slow the customer service was. Despite the fact that the queue was small, I had to wait an extremely long time, so I had to leave.
In addition, I was confused by the fact that only one employee was responsible for customer service, who worked with both finished and raw products. This created additional delays and confusion, which affected the overall experience of the visit.
I hope that you will take my comments into account and take measures to improve the service.
First of all, why can't you communicate with customers normally and do work tasks instead of standing and chatting with each other without paying attention? This applies to the guy who sets out drinks
The second reason is why sellers in the raw meat department should suffer from a shortage of movers and do their work, thereby creating long queues in this department. Stop doing stupid things and hire a loader specifically in this department. I'm tired of watching all these girls suffer and I wait 10-15 minutes until they are free and give me the goods.

Today, when buying garlic, I found out at the checkout that the garlic is rotten. I give it to the seller with the words that I will not buy rotten.to which the seller replies to me, take it to where you got it.
