Buying fresh milk is a big problem, it seems that you see that the expiration dates are not coming to an end yet, you buy it, and damn, it's already soured. Sometimes even expired. It's strange, but for some reason everything is OK in the next penny with milk. I feel less and less like coming to this store.
There are some branches of Euroopt, they have nothing to choose from, very little choice, and there are such points that make your head spin, so please fix the small points too
When I tried to pay in cash through self-service, the male salesman told me to fuck off. Is this even normal? He said do whatever you want, put the groceries down and go to hell... I'm shocked. they dial according to the ad.
Our Euroopt Market is located nearby, in a neighboring house on the site of the former "Azarenya", But this is a completely different store with advantageously located commodity racks in the hall, which makes the room seem more spacious and airy, and all products are very well and beautifully laid out and perfectly visible. A wide range of food products pleasantly surprises with the price. In addition, here you can order a card from the store administration, according to which the purchase will cost even cheaper .... Payment can be made either at the cashier or without waiting in line, independently through the device.
A so-so store. Very often the store stinks... Whether with spoiled food from the ramp, or with some kind of rags, it is unclear. The choice of products is minimal. The room is large, but there is no choice. Cookies are often with huge deadlines, bananas are green or overripe, burst. They started baking, then stopped. Then they started. Then they baked it several times a week. Now, apparently, I'm completely tired of empty shelves. There is no one at the self-service ticket offices. Cancellation cannot be done. It is impossible to approve the sale of an energy supplier. Some customers come up on their own, approve on the computer. Some cashiers respond rudely to the question of where the administrator is, saying that I have nothing to do with it, I have no idea, etc. If you want to buy fruit sometimes, you can't find it at the self-service checkout in the search, they don't break through the code. You go back and forth, you look at the code, you come back, you can't punch it, you take it back... Perhaps this is one of the worst Euroopt stores...
The store's premises are large in principle, but there is little choice. Previously, there was Azarenem, although there was a government store, but there was more choice
The employees seem to be polite, but when they came home with their purchases, everything except the sunsets disappeared. Stink , broken eggs are still frozen, there is no administrator at the self-service checkout , people themselves confirm that they are over 18 , there is no choice at all! The cashiers are nice and that's it! I'm completing it! It seems to have improved a little , there are no frozen eggs and smelly semi - finished products , I saw a check because we were preparing! Dear ones, work hard! Thanks)
Five minutes before the store closes, I run to buy milk, but the store is already closed, and no one is allowed in.
It is clear that the staff is not interested in the profitability of the store and is ready to receive less profit, because this does not affect them in any way. Your business, there is a competitor within a minute's walk of you who has closed my need.
The quality of the products is terrible , I periodically notice that the quality of the products is not monitored . There are several times frozen dumplings in the freezer (the dough is stained with dark spots). Today, cheese was purchased , which turned out to be covered in mold .
A good store. There are many promotions and discounts. However, I have never managed to win in their "Good Luck Goods" yet, But everything is not bad there, the prices are average
A good store near the house with a good assortment of products. There is a ramp, self-service ticket offices. The only drawback is the lack of normal parking

While I was standing in line at this store, my son was born, graduated from high school, served his military service, received a second higher education, and successfully married.
And I'm still standing in line for cigarettes.

I am glad that he works until late, because after work you can only run into the store, by the way, there are no big queues.
The store is not the best . There are always queues at the checkout, the cashier works alone, requests to open a second one are answered by a self-service checkout, but you will never wait for the administrator.
Don't take the booze there, there was mold a bunch of times. Vegetables are often already on the verge of expiration date, 3 days-tomatoes have rotted. But in general, it's fine
An ordinary store. There is often no bread, there is no choice of spices and seasonings, not even standard ones, let alone seasonings for second courses
Favorite store, there is always what you need, new items all the time.I really like the size of the store- and it's impressive.in general, I advise you to visit regularly
Disgusting store staff.
For the first time, there was a price tag next to the sour cream without specifying the name of the sour cream. I had to identify the product by barcode. This happened in the first days of the opening. I decided to help the staff and loyally told them at the checkout not to forget to put a price. I am young and able to read a barcode. But do older people need to walk around with a magnifying glass or wait for a surprise at the checkout? In response, at the checkout, I met an unhappy look and a reaction in the style of "Nothing, you'll figure it out for yourself."
What happened today does not fit into the framework of adequacy. At the checkout, the product was again next to the price, which it clearly was not worth. At the self-service checkout, I decided to check the cost of the product. She didn't match the one next to her. I didn't have time to cancel the product and went to another checkout. An employee heard the sound of the cash register cancellation. I was met with a barrage of moralizing in response. In the end, I was offered to bypass the cash registers and find the cost on another one. When I said that I shouldn't make circles, they made it clear to me that these were my problems. And in general, "Tomorrow the right price will appear there." After that, I heard moralizing that I was arrogant and a bunch of other words.
I respect the work of any employees and patiently stand in line when even one of the 4 ticket offices is working. But I don't remember such a negative experience even in the market in my childhood.
If the situation repeats a third time, I will ask for a complaint book. Have a conversation with the staff and teach them how to do their job. If this is not possible, at least do not be rude to people and teach them how to shop.
There are very long queues around 17:30-19:00, it takes a very long time to wait, cashiers are urgently needed there, and everything is fine for products
The store has recently opened and so far, in principle, it is not bad. Considering that this is the only relatively large store near the house, I was really looking forward to opening. The choice of products is not bad, there are self-service ticket offices, the store is clean, there is a small parking lot. Maybe not a store for large purchases, but as a store "near the house" - great.
Euroopt is beautiful and pleasant, but the service staff are mostly ill-mannered people. Several times I came across the fact that there are no price tags next to the product, or they are not fully registered, which makes it difficult to find the price of the product. I can understand that the store has "recently" opened and something may be missing, but at the mention of this, the employees begin to be rude.
The store is big. But what about the assortment? In these areas, Azarenne tore up competitors despite the prices. Even banal drinking water in summer is mostly 1.5 liters. Where is 0.75, where is 1 liter? There is no refrigerator for soft drinks. There is no cooking (at least sausages by weight). We are glad to open, but guys, work with the assortment!
The store opened recently this year, there used to be an Azarenne store, although everyone called it Razarenne. We got used to it all the time, the store is spacious, the selection of goods is not bad, two cash desks and a self-service department.
The store is better than the euroopt opposite and better than the previous store. I would like to have a bigger assortment. The entrance is strangely made, but this is the case. For self-service cash desks +. For the luggage storage +. For low-quality (in my opinion) sweets minus.
A small store, everything seems to be there, but there is nothing to buy, and the queues are constant, especially from 17:00 hours, as all cashiers have lunch.
An ordinary store near the house, there are few cashiers, the assortment is small, but there are basic necessities. The advantage is the availability of self-service cash desks.
It is so incompetent to use such an area so that the assortment is exactly the same as in the neighboring Eureka - it must be very much "tried". Expectations were much higher before the opening. An absolute analogue of the store across the street, with a clueless layout, I put 2 stars purely for self-service cash desks.
One of the worst euroopts. The entrance is ugly, there is another Euroopt right in front of this store across the street and the entrance is beautifully made there. It's empty inside, everything is covered in white tiles, it hurts my eyes, there is no assortment, there are few employees
