Why is there no toilet for visitors in the building? Based on the decree of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus dated 12.10.2015 No. 102, visitors must be allowed into the bathroom upon request. Considering that there are several shops and a beauty salon in the building, where they are not allowed.
