This is not the first time I have encountered a situation in this store when a discounted price is hanging on the product (red price tag), but at the checkout it turns out that "allegedly the price is wrong" and the product is without a discount. I am attaching a photo. Self-service ticket offices also cause complaints. They constantly give out errors that cannot be dealt with without the help of an administrator or a cashier. However, the cashiers are understandably busy, and the administrator cannot be found without their help.

Today (04.04 at 17.30), When calculating at the self-service checkout, there was no bun (chocolate banana) in the directory, which my child and I took. The administrator was called, the girl who came tried to help, but did not find the barcode, asked the young man to find it.
And here we are waiting, the child was already trying to find the barcode himself, and then your employee's scream hits me: "Don't you know how to punch through the code?" A very "well-mannered employee" shouts at me.
And he shouts this code at me with displeasure.
I ask you to work with the staff.
It may be necessary to post a list of barcodes for bakery products and the phone number of the store administrator at the checkout, so that customers can immediately recognize the barcodes themselves that are not located.

There is no choice of milk, meat, fruits/vegetables. The local contingent is scandalizing. Doing routine repairs, delighting the ears of visitors with the sounds of a puncher is in the order of things.
Add to this parking for six cars and working hours, and we will get the most miserable Euroopt in Minsk.
