Product selection for 3+
The very rare presence of lactose-free products is especially frustrating (sour cream is almost always there, there are no problems with butter, milk sometimes happens, almond/ coconut without sugar is also rare, kefir does not happen at all, yoghurts of 2-3 types of the same, cream - they have not even been heard of here, as well as glazed cheeses)
Often there are no fruits or they are there, but their edibility is questionable.
Cucumbers and tomatoes, even in high season, are only plastic

Awesome store. The entrance and parking suck, but I really like the store itself. In addition to the usual Euro-wholesale template, there are flowers, and simple cooking, and pizza, and they even make onigiri - unexpectedly delicious! Definitely one of the best bread selections in the city. A great store in a strange place. It's quite a Prime - or whatever the luxury version of Euroopt is called?

02.07.2024 at 12.50 I bought a chocolate bar, it turned out that the prices for this product are different in the store (apparently, "not only everyone" can change the price tags centrally).
Politely asked to call the administrator in order to purchase the product at the price indicated on the price tag.
The receptionist came, snatched the product, made a cancellation and left, on my remark that I wanted to purchase the product, she just left.
The product was punched at an inflated (compared to the price tag) price.
I went to the information center, where I was subjected to aggressive and rude attacks from the administrator: "look what you take"; "you can read," etc.
When it turned out that I know numbers and numbers and can read (unlike the administrator, who apparently saw the barcode for the 1st time and understood what it was for), they gave me the difference and did not even apologize for their rude behavior.
Reasonably assuming that not all employees in the store were raised by stray dogs, I did not take the book of "reviews and suggestions" so that normal people would not be punished for an extremely ill-mannered and aggressive "fighting poltorashka" (poltorashka is not a tall girl).
But we need to work on the personnel policy.

We came once again to the cookery, and once again, a poor aged woman, works for 4 departments (cooking, sausages, fish, and meat) 4 departments, to comments to cashiers, and staff along the cash registers, who stood and giggled at themselves, the answer is one, the seller got sick, to requests to come up I have no right to go to departments where there is a queue.
Alas. The store's management, either pay normal salaries so that there are staff, or solve issues with the versatility of employees.
