Euroopt is a complete disappointment. It is better to choose a retail chain where they treat their customers more respectfully. There are only 2 cashiers working during rush hour. There are more than 10 people in line at each ticket office and no additional ones are opened. But they installed self-service cash registers... Like everything is for people. But in fact, they purposefully force people to use self-service cash desks using the "if you don't want to, we'll force you" system.
Those who want to use them use them, and for the rest you need to leave the opportunity to use the cashier's services normally.
