The store is certainly huge. There is almost everything you need. Convenient working hours. There are public transport stops nearby. Almost opposite is the Tourist hotel, where you can stay outside the city. There are quite a lot of cash registers. There is a pizzeria
I really liked this hypermarket. By Minsk standards, it is, however, a little smaller in area. But... Visiting this store, I caught myself thinking that the goods are somehow very conveniently arranged here. I can't say about any department in particular right now, it's just my feelings. My relatives are just lucky to live next to such a "literate" store.
Thanks to everyone who had a hand in organizing it. We will definitely visit whenever we are visiting Grodno.
Perhaps this is the best Euroopt hypermarket in Grodno. The assortment is quite large. The store has everything you need and even more.Convenient working hours, accessible Parking. The products are, in principle, normal, if you look at the expiration dates when buying.Sometimes you need to stand at the checkout, there are always customers. There is an exchange office, a pharmacy, and a florist in the store building.
Big store, great choice. There is also a Dodo pizza and various ATMs inside. Queues are rare due to the large number of cash registers. The quality of the products is excellent.
Pros: a plentiful assortment of goods, there is a place to disperse, it's nice that the whole store can be walked around in a circle, and not from corner to corner. The staff is friendly and work quickly. It's good that there is an additional pharmacy, pizzeria and pet store nearby. A pleasant area.
Cons: Small number of parking spaces. It's like there aren't any cleaners. Everything is wet, dirty, lockers with broken doors, there is a stench in the bathroom (it stinks for a kilometer, they don't clean it at all yet), baskets are not wiped, you need to stand and choose a more or less clean one (imagine if you or your child take a bun, do not pack it completely, and it will lie downstairs in a dirty in the basket), there is a delay (especially the department of finished products in the form of pizzas and rolls), vegetables and fruits are terrible (crumpled and beaten lie on the counter on their last legs), bedbugs on fresh products (vegetables / greens/ fruits)... Or what kind of grey-brown beetles with wings they are... Meat products are all treasured, very expensive sausages (which few people take) are covered with white mold, live fish are covered with ulcers (it would be nice to remove it from sale and replace it).
A good store, a good assortment, but something is missing, the price tags are average. Sometimes there are significant promotions, even if you want to have a quick snack: sushi, sandwiches, pizza or even cheese sticks - here you will find it, in this regard the choice is quite good, with rolls everything is the same, the choice is large and the assortment is quite tasty - I advise. If you want to eat a better pizza, ask for a couple of meters in the Dodo. And now let's talk about self-service ticket offices and staff: sometimes the cash registers are full, but there are self-service cash desks, but even there there are problems with confirming the age at the cash desk, sometimes an employee simply does not fit, and sometimes they confirm the age even without checking the documents.
On 01/10/2025 at 14:25, I was paying at the self-service checkout, I was underweight by almost 100 grams, but the saleswoman punched a badge so as not to make an error in weight. But when I started eating the chebureks that were with meat and cheese, the chebureks turned out to be completely empty))) just plain dough with no meat or cheese....I understand that I gave 3 rubles for the dough.
Apparently it has recently opened. A clean, tidy, bright store. There are many self-service ticket offices. There are always sellers in the department where the products are by weight.
The cashier did not know how to calculate for purchases using the Eplus app. Specifically, in the case of linking a bonus card to a bank card using a QR code from a mobile application.
A very unpleasant situation occurred today. We came to the store and ordered pizza on rye dough (Lorenzia) instead of this pizza we got pizza Florence. We went straight to the cashier and explained the situation that they had made the wrong pizza for us. To which the cashier apologized and instead of offering to redo the pizza, she said that she would not be able to do it because the pizza includes smoked chicken, which is currently not available. This pizza does not include smoked chicken, it includes smoked brisket (pork). The cashier deceived us solely so as not to redo the pizza
A great store, a large assortment, I often go there, nice prices, a big plus is the presence of apples in the snow. The store includes a pharmacy that contains high grades of hawthorn
A good store. We often visit it.
There are nuances in the assortment, as in all stores, you can find fault (sometimes there is not enough necessary baby food, milk formula 3, purees)
Most importantly, the whole store is wonderful. There is a cafe inside the store. The staff is decent and attentive. It's nice to walk around the store
Excellent assortment and reasonable prices. There is a lot of Belarusian food. Even Belarusian jamon. Only a small piece in a box complete with a knife and a stand. A thousand and a half with Russian money. Who needs a whole leg is to go to the company store of the meat processing plant. And the price will be twice as low - 700 rubles per kg.
I recommend picking up different local wines - 200 rubles per bottle. Table, dry, without pretensions. But not sour.
Pay attention to the price tags: there may be two different ones for one product. Then check with the barcode scanner yourself.
The store is open until 22.
The store is quite spacious. In principle, you can buy a complete grocery set, including finished products. Payment in both regular cash desks and self-service cash desks

The price on the price tags differs from the price in the receipt. They told me they didn't have time to change the checks. They offered to return the product. Although by law they must sell at the price indicated in the price tag. Next time, I will record everything and write a complaint about the store. I shouldn't care what you're not doing there. So first change the price tags, and then change them in the computer.
A good store, a huge selection of everything, adequate prices. Good staff, friendly. If you want to be a cashier for a while, there are self-service cash desks.
I really like this store. Especially the flower department. I often buy flowers for my wife. The service is good, the bouquets are good. Upon request, they will pick up and arrange it the way I want...
High assortment of goods , good lighting, convenient payment system: self-service cash desks (only by bank transfer) and regular cash desks.
There are queues, but they are small.
An ordinary supermarket chain. The stock has a normal price tag. The price tag on good luck products is high, but the lure of prizes does not stop you from buying them. The quality of the fruits, sometimes, leaves much to be desired
A large and spacious store. Everything you need to eat. A large selection of products. Nice prices + discounts.
There is a draw, but I don't play it myself. Euroopts are far from me.

A great place to buy groceries, snacks, ready meals! A very large assortment for every taste! A very spacious and convenient store! 🙂👍
A small but not bad minimarket. There is a good selection of goods, the staff is polite, but it is very often necessary to stand in queues at the cash desks, since almost always there is one cash register, despite the self-service cash desks.
Excellent product selection, delicious food. Sometimes, as everywhere, there are long queues. But you can also be patient. There are self-service ticket offices.
A huge selection of products, polite and competent staff! With the opening of self-service cash desks, it became very convenient and fast to pay for purchases, queues were significantly reduced! Promotions and discounts on various product groups are constantly held! Parking is not large, but there are enough places during the day, but in the evening, when residents of nearby houses leave their cars for the night, there are not enough places!
It's not bad for the Euroopt network. An ordinary budget store.I go to the checkout during the day, mostly small queues. The convenient location of the store, and a public transport stop nearby. There are enough goods on the shelves, neatly. The staff is just doing their job.
I have been going to this store since its opening (more than 7 years). I am pleased with the wide range of products, polite staff, the availability of meat products of various types, good prices, and the availability of favorable discounts.
Special thanks for the self-service ticket offices, which reduced the time spent in line!!!!
BUT during this time there has already been an unfair number of permutations (on October 21, 2021, just a disgusting arrangement, incomprehensible and merciless). Also, the corner with fruits and vegetables (namely the corner) is infuriating. Very often unripe or overripe....
There is always a large selection of products, vegetables, fruits. I would like more cash registers to work at times of an influx of customers. The prices are reasonable. In this store, you can buy everything at once without going to other stores.
For me, it's a convenience store. Over the past year, more and more often many of the products have to be bought in other stores. The reason is that there is no necessary one or the prices are "biting". There are few locally produced products
You'll never find anything. Promotional items are most often empty shelves. Prices do not change. As a result, there is one price on the shelf and another at the checkout.
The price tags are hanging - there is no product. Apparently, there is no control over this. There is no point in going to the store in the evening
There is no bread on the shelves. Half-empty shelves and what is usually 1-2 days of freshness.
And it's a hypermarket for a minute and such a mess.
I visit this store often. And the store is getting worse and worse.
Fruits can be rotten next to normal ones. Rotten vegetables and fruits are their norm. Recently, they have begun to improve. There are more high-quality fruits.
The only advantage of this store is oranges from South Africa. This is the only store in the city where oranges are very sweet. And the prices are lower than some other stores.
Sometimes there are 2 cash registers for the entire store and there is a queue of at least 10 people.
But in general, for the market, to drop by near the house will do. It doesn't pull for more
The store is quite large, but the choice is small. Very often it is not possible to choose what you want. This is especially true for vegetables. Either something is missing, or the quality leaves much to be desired. There were cases when I found an expired product, pointing to it, the seller simply silently took the product out of my hands and walked off into the sunset👍 The queues are always huge, so I try to use the self-service checkout. The administrator's help is often required, but I have never met a normal, adequate and polite person. For the most part, cashiers are rude and unhappy. I very rarely meet decent and friendly people.
I try not to go to this store.
A cool chain of stores! The product range is huge! However, it was unpleasant when I wanted to take a cart at the entrance, but they turned out to be paid!
A great Eureka. Fruits and vegetables are shit, of course, but in general everything can be bought, although not always fresh. This network has always been famous for its delay and quality below the baseboard.
The food is delicious and healthy, there were no queues, everything is fine. We were tourists, I hope we will come again. Grodno is a beautiful city, clean streets everywhere.
I like the store. A wide range of products. Of course, the prices are good. But there is not enough control over the shelf life and storage conditions. A great innovation is the self-service cash register, it's a pity you can't pay in cash in them.
