She went to ask the cashier. She replied to carry all the purchases back to check. I didn't like this situation, especially since it's not the first time. It was already such that they had chips hammered into the receipt and were told that they had accidentally got there. I was waiting for information, everyone is busy. I found out where the administrator is, it turned out that he works at 2 cash desks (where cigarettes are). The receptionist said that they would watch on video what they had punched at the cash register. She told me, "Go for a walk, it will take time." She took the check and left. I followed her, realizing that my time was not counted here. Then the receptionist came out of the security room and said that she had to wait because there was no guard (busy). I said that I was not satisfied with this situation. She made a mistake, but we have to wait, and it's not clear how long. The receptionist told me, "Then don't wait." and she went to the cashier at the other end of the trading floor. I'm just horrified by such disrespect for customers. Выбор товаров огромен, на любой вкус, и что не мало важно цена дешевле,чем в других магазинах. Можно купить уже готовые блюда и покушать как в магазине так и забрать с собой. Выпечка просто супер. Бываю тут редко, если вдруг оказалась в том районе и нужно купить продукты. И каждый раз (каждый мой нечастый раз) меня встречают нереботающие весы на фруктах и овощах, при чем всегда проблема одинаковая: с одной стороны устройство для взвешивания тупо не работает - не работает сенсор, с другой стороны - нет ленты...(((( Выбор йогрутов очень скудный... Мимо тортиков проходили, оставалась небольшая полоска пирожного медового, отказались класть в пакет (а для чего мне для маленького куска контейнер!!!!)
.... Вообще такое себе впеяатление, хотела оставить отзыв в книге жалоб и предложений, но ни кого не оказалось на колл-центре.... Наверняка специально прячутся....

Самый большой еврооопт. Ассортимент огромный. Там можно купить все. А теперь и 24/7. Давно надо было так сделать. Нареканий нет, продукция всегда качественная, а про ассортимент писала уже. Персонал приветливый, нареканий нет. Всем советую.
