Self-service cash registers are often buggy, and new administrators (there used to be a young guy, very nice) are rude and do not try to inform people in advance so that they do not waste time, but go to the cashier. The fish department has become a mess!!! They were returning the rotten meat !! Everything is cherished and terrible!!! There is often no seller in the fish department, and they do not want to serve fourcabt sausages. There are often empty barrels with pickles and cabbage. The scales are constantly out of order, where vegetables and fruits are ( it's easier to remove them ). In cakes, they answer through their teeth about the assortment and the filling.

She went to ask the cashier. She replied to carry all the purchases back to check. I didn't like this situation, especially since it's not the first time. It was already such that they had chips hammered into the receipt and were told that they had accidentally got there. I was waiting for information, everyone is busy. I found out where the administrator is, it turned out that he works at 2 cash desks (where cigarettes are). The receptionist said that they would watch on video what they had punched at the cash register. She told me, "Go for a walk, it will take time." She took the check and left. I followed her, realizing that my time was not counted here. Then the receptionist came out of the security room and said that she had to wait because there was no guard (busy). I said that I was not satisfied with this situation. She made a mistake, but we have to wait, and it's not clear how long. The receptionist told me, "Then don't wait." and she went to the cashier at the other end of the trading floor. I'm just horrified by such disrespect for customers. Then I asked for a book of complaints. She said she was at the information desk. There was no one there. I waited until the receptionist came back and said with a grin, "Well, of course, I work here too." She gave me a book of complaints. I described the whole situation, and when I finished writing a complaint, a man came up and asked why he was punched tomatoes instead of sausages. I was about to leave, and then the administrator told me that the sausages were most likely more expensive, and that I owed them money. He says, bring the sausages back. My shock doubled. I told her that if she needed to, she could come to my car. I'm going, but she's not there. She came back, saying that you were not coming with me. Then the lady administrator deigned to follow me with a graceful gait, still solving her business on the way. When I saw the phone in her hand, with which she was going to take pictures of sausages in my car, I already lost my patience, and when she also said that she would sue me for theft, it became clear that with such qualified personnel who threaten their customers for mistakes made by Euroopt, to talk Nothing to worry about. There's not even anything to add. We'll go to other supermarkets, we've had enough of their rotten fish and chicken.
