Its a good supermarket, with almost everything, the only problem is some products that are available at other stores are not here , but overall its good and cheap.
The most important advantage of this Euroopt is its round-the-clock operation 😄
Everything is there, the layout is always neat, the location is good, the Parking is spacious, public transport runs without problems, the queues are average, as everywhere, the food is delicious
I give 4 stars for the fact that I often come across smoked meat. As it is, everything is great, the staff is not bad, the goods are plentiful, the product layout is also not at a high level. I would probably like to point out that in the evening all the cash desks are on a technical break, and I carry only cash, so first I need to stand in one queue at the terminal to pass the goods, and then stand for a second to pay in cash…
On January 5, there were only two cashiers in the store. There were 25 people at each cash register at the same time.It was around 4 p.m. in the afternoon. The cashier I was standing in was generally a leisurely cashier. She served one customer for about 15 minutes. She got up and went somewhere. She barked and barked at people's perfectly relevant questions.Someone went to the store director, but the director was not there. As a result, I stood for 50 minutes purely for sport.I should have left everything and gone.I have never seen such disgusting work of the store staff anywhere.
Great hyper store. You can buy everything, the range is huge, the quality is excellent, the service is good. The location is convenient, Parking is large.
One of the worst euroopts of all time! Let's start in order, the place itself:
- drunks are constantly walking around, drinking, smoking, swearing, harassing passers-by with small change
- there are a lot of cars in the parking lot in the evenings, where the behavior also leaves much to be desired
- a large number of queues at night, where only 1 ticket office is open, although euroopt 24:7
Then, of course, it's the quality of the purchases:
- not fresh food, especially rolls, we bought the rolls for 25 rubles, in the end we threw everything away because they were rotten with worms, although the shelf life was good according to the "labeling", but they are actually glued
- the food court in Euroopt itself is extremely rarely open, as we don't go in to order something like pizza "we don't work, we don't do it", etc.
- complete unsanitary conditions, cockroaches crawl on food and counters, they also say there is in warehouses
The only thing that pleased me was the location next to the work, and the presence of a CFS and a security system inside, everything else is a horror, regarding the euroopt itself. It is very sad that people turn a blind eye to this.
A good store, you can buy everything you need and more. Convenient work schedule. There are always delicious products and ready-made dishes. Polite cashiers.
It's a sad place, it's only necessary to come by, everything is always dirty, full of trash cans, there's a shortage of staff in the hall. You can stand in the meat store for half an hour, no one will do. The layout is full of holes. Milk is often overdue or on the verge. Vegetable 50/50 if you're lucky, sometimes it's quite fresh, but it's eaten by mice. And this is clearly visible.
The store is good in the quality of its products. I didn't like the cashier service at the cash desks. Outright dislike of the customer, it is clear that they are all annoyed. I've visited it more than once, it's always like this. It's not a rare case. The feeling that we owe them something.
The location itself is very convenient, as well as the BIGGEST PLUS is that this euroopt works 24/7, we love, remember and cherish every booze before which we shopped here…
A great store..everything your heart desires is there , the location is gorgeous , near the railway station...I came packed up and went home ..clean everywhere ...the staff is smiling and will explain everything if necessary....
A very good hypermarket. A large selection of products and various goods. Prices are lower, fresh products, a large selection of energy drinks) We took sausage, cheese - everything is fresh and delicious! I recommend it)
The store is good, the selection of goods is large, there are no queues at the checkout. We used a self-service checkout and here we ran into a small problem. In Russia, self-service ticket offices differ from local ones. We turned to the cashier, who was free at that time, but we did not wait for help, we tried to finish the purchase ourselves, but we could not, we called her again, the cashier came up with a dissatisfied look and explained what was what. It was worth testing our patience and his, it is unclear. There was an unpleasant aftertaste from visiting the store.
Round the clock. Quite a large assortment. Delicious homemade pastries. There is a department with finished products where you can eat on the spot. We haven't tried it, I can't estimate it.
There are self-service ticket offices
Terrible store! It's a complete mess. There is no assortment. Of all the ticket offices, only a couple are working, there are eternal queues. Even the self-service cash desks are closed in the morning. Probably the worst store in town.
Convenient location near the railway station, excellent assortment, its own cooking and snack area, toilet, currency exchange, huge Parking, convenient self-service ticket offices, pharmacy, representatives of mobile operators, shops with gadgets, toys, flowers, tea and coffee, etc. The staff is very pleasant and polite.
Of the cons: drunks and beggars are constantly jostling at the entrances. In the evenings, there are long queues with half of the cash registers not working.
During the warmer months, the biggest flies fly in this store. The proximity of the zoo is affecting. Because of this, I never take open products there.
Everything is just great, you want it raw, you want it pickled, you want it ready, you can take it with you, you can have a snack on the spot. Food, stationery, cosmetics, soap dishes, flowers, pastries....there is everything for stocks.
It's a disgusting hypermarket. There is no toilet in it. Only one cash register was open on the weekend, and not only were the others not working, but they were removed and replaced with self-service
Three stars for the assortment, for self-service cash desks.
This is the only Euroopt in which you can find dragon eggs, bleach in a spray, and a spare patience package.
As for the quality of the goods.
Vegetables - the quality is terrible.
Sausages are very certified. I don't go there very often, but the picture is always the same.
Employees feel like they are being beaten with rods if a customer greets them and asks a question.
Self-service cash desks - add the ability to pay in cash at all Euroopts.
The store is good in many ways. It's great that it works round the clock. A big plus is that it is located in a convenient location. The assortment is not bad. The disadvantage is the constantly poor quality of vegetables and fruits. Also, late at night, there are long queues at the checkout, there are not enough sellers in the departments. Also, very often, you see in the receipts that the prices are not reliable...
Please put things in order in Grodno on Tsentralnaya St. there is always deception and socializing.many people no longer have the desire to go there .They don 't teach small fry
A large hypermarket with a wide range of goods, has everything you need, works 24 hours. There is a parking lot. Clean, everything is fresh. Very convenient.
A large store where, in fact, you can buy everything, and 24/7, it is round the clock. There are self-service ticket offices, but they only work from 9 to 22, so in the morning, there are long queues at the ticket offices.
Of the new chips, a self-service coffee machine, the price of coffee is very affordable, and the coffee is decent.
Of the minuses, this is an unpleasant smell, a store near the train station and around the clock, which attracts a "fragrant contingent to warm up" to it, it's hot in summer, most likely there are no air conditioners, well, like in any large store there are queues, due to a lack of workers, there are no sellers in the departments and few cash desks are open, but in general it a good store.
No matter how understanding I would treat the staff, but there is a limit to everything: In this store it is simply impossible to take a basket, there are none, and if there are dirty ones with some liquids or at self-service cash desks literally a couple of pieces behind a crowd of grannies, and they abruptly disappear without a trace. Conclusion: it is impossible to make purchases (large carts require cash coins, and medium ones are inconvenient). The only plus is that the store is open 24/7
A large assortment, long queues. There are self-service cash desks, but they only work with cards, they do not accept cash. The quality of the goods is good, a variety of our own cooking.
There is a large selection of goods, queues too)..unfortunately, there are a lot of cash desks, plus self-service cash desks
Parking is large, convenient location.
It's a good store, it's cool that it works around the clock, you can fly in and buy something to drink or eat at any time. The people there are good, they always smile, even though it's hard to work there.
Probably the most decent store of all that we came across in Grodno. A good selection of products. There are a lot of meat and dairy products, there is a department with its own pastries, there is a small coffee shop right on the territory of the store where you can buy and warm up food, there is a coffee machine. The cashiers are mostly smiling and friendly.
The best grid in Belarus, everything is available and at an affordable price, imported beer, whiskey, food, traveled all over the country, settled here, I recommend it!!!
A good hyper, as for Grodno, is beyond praise. An undoubted plus is 24/7. Great help. I was a little shocked that in the center of Grodno shops are open until 9-10 pm and walking until late did not count on it.
Not a bad choice. The staff will be lucky . Cooking for 3+. Cash registers are just a pain. There are always a maximum of 2 working. It became a little easier when the self-service cash registers were opened.
