We were in Abkhazia for the first time and did not regret it.I monitored all the guest houses in the village of Alakhadzy, I did not make the wrong choice, I really liked Eva Victoria. I was on vacation with my husband and grandson in July 2024. The reception of the hosts was very friendly and welcoming, the transfer was organized from the airport to the guest house and the host also conducted it with dignity upon departure. The guest house actually looks like their website. Comfortable conditions are created for those who come to relax, even with children. There is a canopy around the house, which protects from the scorching sun and rain. Everything necessary for living is available. The rooms are new and stylish, the furniture even smells new, there are appliances (TV, refrigerator, air conditioning, hair dryer, etc.). The room has a decent bathroom with a shower. And what a snow-white bed and towels, clean rooms. Everything is organized and thought out: a shared kitchen with all necessary new utensils and appliances, a barbecue area, an area with a washing machine and an ironing board. Each room has a separate dryer. A gentrified area with beautiful greenery, decor and a seating area. The housekeeper is very good-natured and diligent, cleans the yard clean in the early morning, spills it with water so that it is humid and not so hot.The location of the house is also good. Calm and comfortable, surrounded by greenery and birdsong. It takes 10-12 minutes to walk to the beach at a measured pace. Canteens, shops and public transport stops are within walking distance. Thanks to the hosts for their hospitality! We will try to stay at Eva Victoria once again if we decide to go to Abkhazia. I recommend it to everyone, you will not regret it!!! 👍

We were in this guest house from July 24-30, 2024. Modern renovation and cleanliness in the room for five. There is a kitchen with everything you need, a spacious courtyard.
We also ordered an individual tour on the recommendation of the hostess. The guide Sergey drives the car very carefully and talks about local attractions in an interesting way.

We have been vacationing at the Eva - Victoria guest house every year. I'll start with the reception: the staff and owners of this guest house are attentive, sensitive to the requirements of the guests. This is noticeable both in the comfortable conditions they have created for vacationers and in their goodwill and cordiality. There is everything you need for traveling with a large company, and for those who relax together. The guest house has new, stylish rooms with necessary furniture and appliances (TV, air conditioning, refrigerator, hair dryer, etc.). Shower room, bathroom in the room. Always clean rooms, snow-white bed and snow-white towels. Everything is organized and thought out: a shared kitchen with all necessary utensils and appliances, a barbecue area. Each room has a separate dryer. A gentrified area with greenery, decor and a seating area. There is a play area for children. The location is also good, calm and comfortable, surrounded by greenery and birdsong. It takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the beach. Within walking distance of canteens, shops and stops for public transport (in Gagry, Pitsunda, New Athos, Sukhum) I liked everything!
