An excellent place, the best of what you have visited during your stay in Sukhum. We rested in the Land of the Soul and walked around everything that was within walking distance, but as always everything is relative and not all waiters serve equally well, otherwise there are no comments. I even managed to talk with the chef, after that there was no doubt about the competence and the correct approach to my business on the part of the kitchen staff.

We were with my husband at a banquet organized by the leaders of the Republic of Abkhazia in honor of the celebration of the 100th anniversary of the Abkhazian basketball on November 7, 2024.
The dishes are cooked with such warmth.
Incredibly delicious, I tried to try everything a little bit. Great cuisine!
The waiters were attentive and professionally did not noticeably do their job efficiently.
Live music brought warmth to the event.

We were looking for a place in Sukhum where we can celebrate a birthday. We stopped at this restaurant and did not regret it. Very attentive staff, the quality of service is at the highest level, everything is very fast and clear, the original design and serving of dishes pleased and was sooo delicious! We were satisfied and had a gastronomic pleasure! We will definitely come back here again! I recommend it! I wish the restaurant prosperity!

An amazing place, we went, choosing according to reviews, for the first time. A beautiful place, excellent service , and most importantly, very tasty food. The most delicate shish kebab , juicy , the ear is amazing , we tried the salad with quinoa and salmon , and with salmon and pine nuts very tasty ) I advise you to try the young cheese that is prepared for you after your order , we tried it for the first time and everyone liked it ) few photos , we ate everything , before the review 😂

A very beautiful atmospheric place. But there are a couple of disadvantages for which I did not lower my rating. When we arrived, we were told that there was a banquet (Friday evening) and only the sushi menu was open. In general, we came there for the rolls, so it was not a negative moment for us. What I didn't really like was the slowness of the waiters. Most likely, this can be connected again with several banquets, but we had to wait 15-20 minutes for the waiter to come up to us and take the order. Therefore, the service is 4 by a stretch. I really liked everything about the food, the rolls are delicious, but surprisingly, the Philadelphia rolls turned out to be the least delicious of all. By the time of the order, the main menu was opened, we ordered another lamb kebab and were very satisfied.

We visited this restaurant the other day. The atmosphere is quite pleasant - the table was chosen outside. But the pork kebab was far from the most delicious, the expectation and reality did not match. The potatoes were delicious in a rustic way. The vegetable salad was not even a salad and was not very suitable for slicing. Of the sauces ordered, one was not brought at all, we thought that they simply did not hear us when ordering, but no, it was counted in the receipt. That's why we didn't leave tips.

I am sharing my impressions of the Erzakhu restaurant. I've just finished my meal. The service is terrible. The food is normal, but I won't say that it's just delicious. They cook for a very long time. Napkins were not provided until she asked for them. Spices too (salt, pepper). The waiters walk impressively and slowly. The service does not look like a restaurant. I don't know where so many good reviews come from.

The second one is for the interior.
I rent for a dusty room, for lack of service and for a terribly dirty high chair, as if it was taken out of the trash. Dirty, sticky and already smells bad. Well, how can you put babies there?
The kitchen is mediocre. It is too salty and too spicy where the dish does not provide for this.
The waiters serve for a long time, although there was no load, and some of them even look at the visitors as if they had come to their home. An unpleasant impression was left from the service.

The tables are different for two or more people. As there were more customers in the restaurant, the waiters stopped keeping up. They carried desserts for a long time. I was able to get the payment when I approached the waiter myself. Then I waited a long time for the waiter with the terminal.

I've been there twice, I really liked everything. The restaurant was recommended by local residents.
I had a delicious pork kebab, smoked pork ribs, a magnificent achapa (in Georgian "phali"), khachapur on a spit.
The restaurant is large, has several halls, there are open and closed rooms. The prices there are even cheaper than in other tourist places, so I recommend this place.

But this time the receptionist ruined the whole experience. I advise her to take courses on "How not to be rude and not threaten a client." Madame behaved just disgusting. In normal establishments, competent administrators do not come to a guest with the words "I AM LISTENING to YOUR CLAIM", and in a very raised tone. They also clarify IN ADVANCE when booking a table and pre-ordering dishes that one or the other is not available, as well as offering an alternative!
But in the situation, the fact of not only boorish behavior and raising of voice, but also threats against us is striking. And another cherry on the cake was the administrator's refusal to leave for the second time and ignoring further social media requests to contact the director of the restaurant)
If you don't care about the customers, say so.
If you are positioning yourself as the best restaurant in Sukhumi, then be kind enough to hire ADEQUATE staff!

A wonderful restaurant! We stopped by for lunch today and didn't regret it. The restaurant is quite large, there are three zones: the area on the street directly at the entrance - cozy podiums with tables under awnings, the area on the street is completely closed with cozy sofas and the area inside the restaurant is a banquet. We were located in an area with sofas, very cozy, lots of greenery, and we were entertained by a talkative parrot-the star of the establishment. Special thanks to our waiter - very attentive, fast service. We had a very tasty lunch, all the dishes are well prepared and beautifully served. We ordered okroshka, borscht, kharcho, lamb, lula, French fries, homemade lemonade- check 3000. Tips from above are not included in the bill. Many thanks to the chefs - everything is very tasty, cooked with a soul. I highly recommend this institution to everyone, be sure to come! There will be a favorite restaurant for our family in this city, which we will visit more than once🥰

my favorite restaurant in the city.The atmosphere, the food, the service, everything is at a good modern level . A comfortable audience and environment .The restaurant is not cheap and there is no interest in random people.And even more so for intrusive and dysfunctional communication .Theft of personal belongings , which is often still the case in Abkhazian institutions .This is out of the question in Artsakh ! It is important.At the entrance , yes .It would be nice to meet the guests.Even at lunch . They all deserve it.The first time, yes, there were problems with the service .They carried the menu, the bill and so on for a very long time.But I was in no hurry and enjoyed the paradise with a bird in the garden)) But when you go there again , you become your own .This is generally a national Abkhazian feature)) if you accept their rules of the game for the first time and do not pay attention to the lack of service , you come the second time and are surprised to find all the same people greeting you as a family .
In addition, you need to be able to talk to people .Once I made it clear that I only have 1 hour for lunch.And there are no problems .The girls offered everything that is prepared within 20-25 minutes.I went and paid at the bar, everything about everything took 45 minutes! The receptionists are wonderful and the waiters are very good.But you don't have to "pout your lips " yourself)) Fortunately, we are all people and Abkhazians do not know how to be ready for anything for money like Americans .So..... definitely, I love Erzakha.To the owner of Irene - huge respect! The restaurant is excellent, the service is excellent, the cuisine is not very bad.
The only drawback is that the overpriced price of locally produced alcohol (wine) is not justified. One glass 450₽,room temperature serving,ice was brought from the second reminder. As it is, everything is fine.There are a lot of visitors in the evening.
