It's a pity that they don't treat you to breakfast now - during the New Year holidays in 2020 it was very tasty, especially the real Armenian coffee was remembered! Thanks to all the staff and wonderful administrators who always greet guests with a smile and cordiality - day and night! Yes, it should also be noted that the hotel is very conveniently located. The metro is three minutes away (Molodezhnaya station in Russian). Nearby, in the block, the SAS shopping center, where you can buy groceries, there is a good and popular exchanger. There are many places around where you can eat, for different tastes and budgets.And the central square of the city can be reached at a leisurely pace in just 15-20 minutes along the picturesque streets. Good afternoon. I want to share a review about this hotel. We stopped by with a child on July 15, 2022. They seemed to be greeted kindly. We booked it in advance. The room was given on the 1st floor. We came and found that the toilet was not flushing. At the reception at that moment, the woman went somewhere. We waited for about an hour. I came and looked at the toilet, twisted something, and eventually it worked. Let's go for a walk with the child. In the evening, we came to take a shower, and the entire sewer system flows from there. She asked for another number. They tell me that they can call a plumber to repair it. I asked for a refund for the hotel because the child will not wash in the sewer. As a result, they yelled at me. And when I raised my tone as well as they did, they immediately remembered the hotel guests. I can say that Russians are hated. Insults and curses like "shut your mouth" were allowed. Very sorry. The impression of the hotels and Armenia as a whole was spoiled.
Everything is almost super. It's warm at night, the room is clean, all accessories are included, wonderful staff (they reminded me about the forgotten passport via WhatsApp and even tried to call)!

The most terrible place to stay in Yerevan , they provided a room in terrible condition , dirty walls , broken plaster , a bed in which someone was already sleeping , with male hair and yellow spots , they wanted to move out and return the shit , the director said it was not my problem and said that the money would not be returned to us , if you want to leave .
