As an iranianian i shoud say it was clean space with nice staaf the breakfast was good the only thing is about the distance from here to city center and the room that placed by street side are noisy becuse of street traffic

It's a beautiful place. It's a small but very cozy building. The decoration of the lobbies with paintings is stylish. We got a room on the 3rd floor, Spacious, with a comfortable bed, a decent bathroom. Everything you need is available, thanks to the staff for changing fresh towels. The receptionists and staff are generally pleasant and attentive, thank them!
The breakfasts, of course, are monotonous, but sliced cheese, sausage, hot sausages, and fresh cottage cheese are very tasty, by the way, we always had plenty. Jam is a separate story, very tasty and of four types! Silence, there were families with small children, but apparently on other floors

We visited in May 2024. Very loyal and attentive staff, quiet and peaceful hotel. The breakfasts are excellent, everything is very tasty. Of course, it would be nice if the hotel had an elevator, we lived on the third floor. But okay, it's good to move. I wish the hotel and the staff prosperity. There were some difficulties with calling a taxi, because the address of the hotel is Komitas Avenue, but in fact it is on Papazyan Street.

Location : the metro is about 20 minutes away on foot, you can probably get there by bus, but it's easier by taxi: to get to any location about 1200 AMD: both fast and not expensive. There wasn't even a shoe spoon in the room. The bathroom has only one tiny shelf and a sink. The breakfasts are bad. It's always the same. Sausages, boiled eggs, buckwheat and pasta. No omelette, no scrambled eggs. On the fourth day, I didn't want to go there anymore. One of the advantages: cleaning every day. The Internet is good. I've never seen such slippers for a room - it's just squalor. It's not even possible to walk by number in them.

The hotel's website lists a Jacuzzi and a sauna on the ground floor.. But that's not there either, there's a room for a big family.

A good hotel for one or two nights. The situation is like from the 90s, while everything is clean and in working condition. There is a 24-hour reception, which was important for us, we arrived at one o'clock in the morning. Breakfast is beyond praise. Everything is fresh, for every taste, there is an omelet with vegetables and boiled eggs and sausages, cheese, cottage cheese, cereals with milk, pastries, jam, coffee, juices. We really liked it! There are so many bakeries in the area where they bake excellent bread, but not fresh for breakfast! The furniture in the room is stripped, the walls are dirty, scratched, and the plumbing is old. But considering that we didn't sit in the room, it will do. The bed is comfortable and comfortable. The breakfasts are very ordinary, but we had enough. Considering that we had breakfast 3 times out of 7 days)) we went on excursions in the morning, and breakfast is only from 8:30-11:00 - not convenient! It is not quite in the center, but we walked for about an hour. There are buses, the bus stop is right next to it, it is convenient to get there. Taxis are inexpensive.

We were in late September and early October, the occupancy was decent and there were not enough tables for everyone in the dining room. We were lucky and there were no neighbors nearby, it was quiet.
