The staff is very polite and attentive. Delicious breakfasts and good coffee. A very comfortable terrace with plenty of tables. I also want to note that a hotel employee helped solve the problem with a forgotten charger in the room by sending it with a bicycle rickshaw to a cafe after leaving the hotel. The center is 5-7 minutes walk along Sayat Nova Avenue. There is a department store and a restaurant right at the exit of the hotel, which closes at 00:00. If you want to continue your spree, then you can easily walk to the establishments in the center.

A very good hotel. 4 is definitely better, but still 5 with a minus. So, the location is good. Republic Square is 10-15 minutes away at most. There is a supermarket nearby . There is an exchange office nearby. The staff is extremely friendly and ready to help. Tours are offered in Otkle, but I found it cheaper. Breakfast with a small but pleasant variety. This is not a hotel, especially 5 stars, it is a hostel. The rooms are the size of a closet, it's not realistic to walk around the room together. The safes are broken, you need to ask for a key and close it manually, in the bathroom instead of gel and shampoo, a small tube of body lotion)) the hair dryer did not work, they also asked for it. It says that the rooms have a mini bar. There is no such thing. Even in a room with a higher category (we were moved because upon arrival it turned out that our room was occupied). They wrote about the balcony.. Of the three floors, there is a balcony only on the second and then some of the rooms. It's just a wild audibility, the walls are cardboard. At night, they woke up from the fact that an employee at the reception put a pen on the table or turned on the air conditioner. There is some kind of dump right under the window, next to which a hotel employee is hanging laundry. Everything happens right next to the window. We strongly do not recommend it. It is not worth the declared money.

Not a bad hotel, of course, there is no view from the window from the ground floor. As it is, everything is fine - clean, quiet. Convenient location - both the grocery market and the central square can be easily reached on foot. Money can be exchanged around the clock in the neighboring house. Breakfast is on the ground floor.

We were from July 3 to 10, 2024 in this beautiful hotel, the hotel itself is in a quiet location, air conditioning in every room, we were greeted by a very friendly and friendly staff, they fed us delicious varied breakfasts, there was wet cleaning and daily towel change every day, and there was drinking clean bottled water every day, everything was necessary for staying at the hotel. We want and plan to come to you again next year.

Nice hotel.
Close to the center, clean, beautiful, modern.
It's not the most picturesque, but it's not for that either.
The breakfasts are delicious, the price is excellent.
The economy room is great, not big but comfortable. The plumbing is excellent, the pressure is excellent.

A great little hotel close to the center. The service is great. There is everything: an elevator, a 24-hour front desk, clean, warm rooms, new furniture and plumbing, an excellent and varied breakfast, fast Internet and free parking for guests (albeit small). I highly recommend it! If we are in Yerevan again, we will try to stay here.

Great hotel. Convenient location, almost the center of Yerevan. The staff is polite and hospitable. The breakfast is delicious, varied, and there is a large interval for visiting. The hotel is very nice. But the rooms on the ground floor are, of course, a huge disadvantage. You can't even open the window to check, the sun doesn't get in, like in the basement.... Everything else is excellent-the breakfasts are excellent, the staff is responsive, cleaning is daily, any issues were resolved instantly.

I really liked the hotel. The location is great. In the city center, but quiet, because of what is in the courtyard. Very clean, neat. Good breakfasts. Cleaning every day. Fresh water. Friendly staff. Especially the kihni employee. Keeps an eye on the tables and the main table. Everything was in abundance. We have a room with access to the next house, but nothing, the main thing is quiet. The bed is soft, the blanket is warm. The water in the shower is hot. If I go to Yerevan, I will return to this hotel.

We rested in this hotel from September 18 to 25, 2023 and everything seemed to be fine, the hotel is in the city center, near the park, Republic Square, the breakfasts are modest, but you can eat, but things were stolen from us. 2000 rubles from the wallet and it would be possible to close your eyes to it, but the earphones were also stolen, and this is already an expensive thing! Headphones were always in the room, I did not go out with them, unfortunately I discovered this only upon arrival in Novosibirsk. And the locator now shows me the location of my headphones in the city of Yerevan at the address 6th Vardashen Street. Please find out who of your employees lives there, headphones are in a purple case with a bunny. I attach a screen from the locator, judging by all of them they are actively used.

After checking in, you could leave your luggage for a couple of hours at the reception for free. Grocery stores and a pharmacy are close to the hotel. The room had a refrigerator, an electric kettle, cups, glasses, and a knife.

Of the cons:
The room is initially clean, but the subsequent cleaning of the rooms leaves much to be desired - the floors are not washed, if they are vacuumed, they do it extremely poorly. I recommend examining the toilet seat - there is a chance that you will find someone else's hair on it

An unreasonably high rating. While we were looking for a hotel with a taxi driver, we couldn't get through to the reception 3 times. No one just picked up the phone.
In person, the rooms are much smaller and more modest than they seem in the photo.
There are streaks and debris on the floor in the shower stall.
In a 2-bed room, 2 small towels, 2 medium and 1 for the legs were placed. Although there should be at least 3 for a 3-star hotel.
In the bathroom, every time the light is turned on, very loud ventilation automatically turns on, it makes terrible noise.
Breakfast is also bad. They take place on the ground floor in a small room without Windows. They are very meager in themselves (everything fits on one 2-meter table). From the hot one - only 1 marmite, divided into 3 parts (sausages, rice porridge and boiled eggs). There is NO coffee machine, only instant coffee. There is also no door separating the hall and the kitchen. You can see how cooks and waiters go to smoke through the technical door, while a draft forms in the hall, and when they return, they hang their jackets on the nearest hook and, without washing their hands, go to the kitchen.
For 1.5 days at the hotel, our room has never been cleaned.
The TV and phone in the room do not work at all!) Generally.
And the most unpleasant thing. At first, the room cost us 14,000 rubles for 2 nights (standard). However, at the reception we were told that this is the cost for the 1st guest and 2 nights (although at the booking this cost is for the 2nd). I had to pay an additional 8 tr. A total of 22,000 for 2 guests for 2 nights in a room that is not worth half that money. The mood was ruined.
I don't know who gave them such a high rating. We visit Yerevan often, but we will never settle here again and we do not advise anyone.
