We rested for 14 days in this hotel, lived in a building where there is no elevator, going up to the 3rd floor is another quest, it's very difficult. The food is normal, but I wanted more variety, clean linen. But the beach is a separate topic. For 2 weeks, I didn't clean up, a huge pile of algae, the caretaker was very rude, didn't clean anything, threw sun beds to the Russians with anger, I had to complain about this mess to the manager, on the last day of departure the beach was cleaned, and the caretaker was fired.Another disadvantage was that they demanded $ 20 to weigh the luggage, after the scandal they weighed it for free.
I felt good there. But it's lonely. I came alone, hoping to meet some yachtsman, I thought maybe someone would come from Britain from beautiful actors. Because I think interesting people should love clean seas, a beach by the sea, a hotel where the rooms smell great. And it was possible to meet me. However, there were no yachtsmen in May. Turks are boring in this regard. The yachts were standing, I was swimming. In the beautifully clear water of the sea, it is like in the Baltic Sea. It's hot outside, and the water is getting cold. And I'll remember that forever. It is indescribably interesting. I would love to meet Andrew there, BK, my favorite artists. But... they weren't there. And what evenings by the beautiful pool. It's sparsely populated. Wonderful desserts, music, my number. Everything was covered in wood, marble and with a wonderful aroma, and birds sang, and the sea splashed at our feet when leaving the hotel..
The trip is from 09/19/24 to 09/26/24.
We were brought to the hotel by transfer at about 12:30.
They did not speak Russian at the reception. There were no Russian speakers at all in the hotel.
The only people who spoke a little Russian were the people who sold SPA services and invited them to sail yachts (boats) on the sea.
We were informed that check-in is at 14:00, so we were asked to wait.
Wi-Fi is very bad. Maybe load a couple of pages, but mostly there were difficulties. If you want to work, it's impossible.
Meal.
Lunch starts at 12 o'clock, so while we were waiting, we went to the hotel restaurant.
The food is ordinary. There were always salads, mashed soups (new every day), side dishes and necessarily chicken or fish (on the last day of our stay, fish was generally fried in the restaurant).
For breakfast, eggs (boiled and those that were fried right in front of you), a lot of different breads, cheeses, butter. There was also porridge. And if anyone wanted cereal, then they were present in large quantities.
If something was running out, they immediately brought more.
Also, in any amount of tea, coffee in vending machines, at the bar, you could ask for soda or alcoholic beverages.
Breakfast is served from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.
Lunch is served from 12 to 14 o'clock.
From 14 to 17, a snack (you can eat French fries and a hamburger, they do it with you).
From 17 to 18, a break for tea or coffee (sweets were brought)
From 19 to 21 dinner.
Night soup from 22 to 23.
If you want to eat, there will always be food.
Number.
We were accommodated in a room on the second floor. The room is tired. It's obvious, but we didn't have anything broken.
Wi-Fi did not reach there anymore. We had a view from the room to the market where they sell souvenirs. There were several cafes where music was playing loudly, but at 12 o'clock in the morning everything was already silent. It was possible to close the balcony and turn down the volume.
The room had air conditioning, beds, a very small refrigerator (there is no question about any mini-bar, there were three bottles of water and two more were given when cleaning).
A table on which there was a small TV (we did not use it, since there were 5 channels and everything was in Turkish, plus the antenna did not catch well, apparently).
The mirror above the table. Big.
There was a closet in a small hallway, and a safe at the very bottom (a small one, they give a key to it at the reception when you pay the deposit).
The bathroom has a shower stall (there was no handle inside), a sink, a toilet, a large mirror.
There were liquid soap dispensers in the stall and next to the sink.
There were no ropes where you can hang clothes to dry, we bought them ourselves.
Swimming pool.
It looks small in the photos, but there is a lot of space in it. You can swim freely.
There are few sun beds. They are occupied from the very morning and you can catch a free one only in the evening, when everyone starts to disperse.
Sea.
The beach is 30 seconds away from the hotel. You walk out of the gate, take three steps and you're already on the beach. Dogs do sleep, but they don't touch anyone. They are thick, and their skins are thick, so they just sleep. There are few feces. I haven't seen it on the beach at all. But there are a lot of cigarettes, although there are trash cans. There is already a question for people.
You can go into the sea on the rocks, so you definitely need to take your slippers with you. When we were there, the sea was cool. There are few fish.
We worked out a strategy, first we took a dip in our pool, swam there for a while, and then went to the sea. The approach is fast and it is not cold at all. There are cabins at the exit (with a toilet and where you can wash your feet after the sand). The hotel also has a place at the entrance where you can wash your feet or rinse off with salt water.
A small Migros shop is 10 minutes from the hotel. You can buy food there (a regular supermarket).
There is a huge market near the hotel. And souvenirs and clothes and shoes. In general, everything is there. However, they accept lira (in 2 stores they agreed to exchange dollars for lira).
Bargain, they love it.
There is a bus stop about 15 minutes away, from where you can go to Bodrum itself. You need to tell the driver where you are going so that he tells you the price.
Overall, we were satisfied with our stay at this hotel. If you can't live without hanging out, then the hotel is not for you. It is rather for the elderly, who made up 80 percent of the guests. There was an animation once in my memory. Girls and boys were dancing.
The music plays all day, it is interrupted only when prayer is going on (it works loudly from the speaker).
There are a lot of cats and dogs. Dogs rarely entered the hotel, but the seals were constantly running back and forth.
