I've been going to Irena's cosmetologist for many years now. A wonderful master of his craft, a true professional! I was at the spa complex for 150 minutes.
Unfortunately, the expectation did not match reality. In places of this kind and in procedures of this nature, you expect complete relaxation and care. The details were summed up - the same towel after two showers (after the second shower it was not clear to them to dry off - it was already wet and cold), before the massage they did not offer to change the disposable underwear wet after twice showering. The massage was not relaxing, but like a sports massage. As a result, I didn't like it. At all. Perhaps individual treatments themselves have a place to be in the version in which they are provided at Elena Spa. But as a complex, it's a complete failure in terms of service.
Regarding floating, who doesn't know - it's dry here, not classic.
And an appeal to the administration is that it is better to do a massage on a regular massage couch. Some kind of aqua couch is a so-so solution: something is bubbling and buzzing all the time, and my head is completely uncomfortable.

Once again, when visiting the salon, the last time was 06/09/2024, there remains a negative impression of the visit caused by the administrator's disdain and arrogance towards customers, the administrator is unfriendly, does not look up at the client, does not thank him for visiting the salon and does not offer to visit again, tea / coffee also does not offer, but only counts with a dissatisfied the face. There are not many customers in the salon.

Very high-quality service, convenient online recording system. The very atmosphere in the cabin, its interior is conducive to rest and self-respect. The day before yesterday, I witnessed incorrect behavior on the part of a salon client - there were complaints against the administrator, which surprised me very much and made it clear that the client may not always be right.

I was at the "lavender wrap" procedure and was very pleased! The procedure includes scrubbing the whole body / mask / high in floating (this is a separate kind of pleasure, I highly recommend it!) and massage on the spa couch with non-contact water massage! Master Irina is very pleasant, does a relaxing massage, if you want a harder massage, then you go to Ivan.

Massage therapist Andrey is just a wizard! There are different massage therapists: good and not so good. Real professionals are rarely found. Andrey is just such a genius.
If you live in Brest, then it is necessary to use its services regularly, and if you are passing through Brest, then it makes sense to make a stop and get your dose of health and recovery. Each vertebra and joint will be stirred up and put in the right place.

If you want to get a service that does not match the real price, then you need to go to the Elena salon. Administrators do not have any information, their whole function is to escort them to the door and that's probably all, solving problems and conflicts is not their level, they have not heard about it. The cosmetologist's procedure leaves much to be desired, the price in the market is above average, and the quality of the service is below average. I wish this institution to start developing for the better as soon as possible, and to make the staff qualified
