It's good to be in Mahmutlar. There is a good shopping center on the ground floor - a lot of shops , there is a coffee shop, a small fountain. In general, Ekta builds great, but there are questions about this complex.

The company Yekta homes is smartly courted at the time of purchase, everything is perfect there, both promises and quality.
But, after the purchase, the tenants and their household problems are not needed by anyone.
In the Sunrise Gazipasa complex, the management company, in the form of an Act, does not respond to any of the requirements of the owners.
The Turkish winter has shown that the quality of construction is low, the parking lot and the spa wall are cracked, there is no drainage, puddles are knee-deep everywhere, the playground is made of a material that crumbles into coal dust. The roads near the complex are blurred due to the fact that the pipes have broken tightness.
As a result: the spa area is closed, the kapaji is temporary, the infrastructure of the complex is drowned in sewage, the parking building and the spa area are cracked.
The management company does not get in touch, they take money for the IDAT, they do not issue a contract with the Criminal Code, even on demand.

Cool girls attendants, although half only understand Turkish, they were still able to find a common language))
Of the cons ~ the hammam does not work, maybe they have already fixed it.

I am familiar with this construction company for the SUNRISE Yekta complex in Gazipasa. Unfortunately, the experience is very negative. This complex is only a year old, but the first winter and rains showed the disgusting quality of the house construction. The tiles are falling off, the ground floor is drowned in precipitation, the parking has cracks on the walls and water is pouring, the drainage system is not made on the lawn and the water is like in a swamp. The spa area is constantly out of order and does not work, there is no permanent kapaji (several have already been replaced in one year) and there is simply no way to get through to the developer. We write letters, but to no avail. I do not recommend contacting this developer, their interest in you as a buyer will disappear immediately after making the payment.

We came to see the apartment in the Yekta complex, I am a professional builder, we did not like the apartments, the quality of the building is low. They were recorded for viewing via WhatsApp via a personal phone number. Upon arrival home, endless calls from Yekta employees with various offers began. This Hell has been going on for TWO years!!! Yekta leaked my phone to other developers and I receive at least 5 spam calls a day!!! Avoid this company!!! I've already thought about changing the number, but I've been using it for many years and replacing it is problematic. An absolute DISGRACE to such a service!!!

We used different options, but you will stop being heard exactly from the minute you purchase an apartment. This will be the end of tea, coffee and cupcakes. You are no longer interesting. New potential victims are being processed))) If you're just thinking about buying, run and don't look back! Oh, and how the sales managers sang... You will listen... Moreover, the company makes the rating due to reviews from citizens with Turkish first and last names. But, we, who live in a 90-apartment building, know for sure that only one family is a citizen of the Republic of Turkey. Therefore, it is a great shame to catch up with your rating with fake reviews. In short: the deadlines for the completion of the object are being delayed, the absolute absence of waterproofing and drains, violation of all visible and invisible building codes. It has been only 6 months since the house was commissioned, however, construction work is still underway on the territory. Dirt, dust, noise. And you should have seen how the street tiles are laid! In the pouring rain! I don't even consider that the materials are all of poor quality and lack of complete design! For example, one room may have a black metal window and another a white plastic window. Bathrooms are a separate masterpiece: gold, chrome, black (I'll wear all the best at once). Well, of course, these are small things when you start thinking about the stability of a building. Looking at the cracks in the walls of the car park and the flood from the first winter rains (I attach a photo), you begin to doubt whether I settled correctly above the first floor? Although, the first one is also not an option... They're all in the swamp. And the last floors are no better. After every rain, all the walls around the perimeter of the balcony are wet. Our sports ground is of such poor quality that it is difficult to even imagine where they got this coating??? The photo shows shoe marks after playing on the playground, and the children come out dirty from head to toe!!! Because the ball turns black in the first three minutes of the game. The floor in the fitness center has long gone in waves (laid out the way they came up with themselves) I won't bore you, I can tell you a lot. Long live the "best" construction company!

The sales system in Ect is built in such a way that after paying the contract, the buyer can only communicate with the sales manager. If you have any questions or problems, you can only contact the manager. You will not be able to call or write to anyone except the manager.

Managers know this and behave to the best of their arrogance. One manager asked to bring 30 pairs of tights, another may refuse to stay in a guest apartment because October is high season, do not give the paid examination, delay the paperwork for the apartment, cheat on any questions.
You will understand that you are being deceived, dragged out and wasting your time and money, but there is nothing you can do about it.

Cooperation with the company Yekta Homes turned out to be very sad. It is simply impossible to live comfortably in the Yekta Sunrise complex (which was commissioned more than a year ago): there is no kapaja, it is not clear who to contact with problems at all; construction does not stop on the territory of the complex with constant noise; everything is falling apart, parking / SPA area / paths and lawn are flooded with rains, water does not go away; the sports ground also does not It is suitable. And all these services are provided for a frenzied fee. The management company absolutely does not respond to objective complaints.
