The roads near the complex are blurred due to the fact that the pipes have broken tightness.
As a result: the spa area is closed, the kapaji is temporary, the infrastructure of the complex is drowned in sewage, the parking building and the spa area are cracked.
The management company does not get in touch, they take money for the IDAT, they do not issue a contract with the Criminal Code, even on demand.
A developed complex, there is a spa area, a gym, an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, Slides for children, many shops and cafes downstairs, a migros with everything you need.

This complex is only a year old, but the first winter and rains showed the disgusting quality of the house construction. The tiles are falling off, the ground floor is drowned in precipitation, the parking has cracks on the walls and water is pouring, the drainage system is not made on the lawn and the water is like in a swamp. The spa area is constantly out of order and does not work, there is no permanent kapaji (several have already been replaced in one year) and there is simply no way to get through to the developer. We write letters, but to no avail. I do not recommend contacting this developer, their interest in you as a buyer will disappear immediately after making the payment.

We came to see the apartment in the Yekta complex, I am a professional builder, we did not like the apartments, the quality of the building is low. They were recorded for viewing via WhatsApp via a personal phone number. Upon arrival home, endless calls from Yekta employees with various offers began. This Hell has been going on for TWO years!!! Yekta leaked my phone to other developers and I receive at least 5 spam calls a day!!! Avoid this company!!! I've already thought about changing the number, but I've been using it for many years and replacing it is problematic. An absolute DISGRACE to such a service!!!

Although, the first one is also not an option... They're all in the swamp. And the last floors are no better. After every rain, all the walls around the perimeter of the balcony are wet. Our sports ground is of such poor quality that it is difficult to even imagine where they got this coating??? The photo shows shoe marks after playing on the playground, and the children come out dirty from head to toe!!! Because the ball turns black in the first three minutes of the game. And all these services are provided for a frenzied fee. The management company absolutely does not respond to objective complaints.
Please note that the purchase and sale agreement that you will sign is not registered anywhere, i.e. all risks are assumed by the buyer. By risks, I mean the construction time and the possibility of withdrawing from the contract. You will be told that you can cancel the contract and get the money back, you can resell your apartment at the construction stage, earning on this deal. It sounds tempting, but the bottom line is that the sale is considered to be full payment of the apartment and registration of ownership rights by the new buyer.
