A wonderful cafe. All areas are well organized, a wide variety of games and toys, plenty of space. BUT the following situation was unpleasantly surprised: there was a mother with an oriental-looking child in the cafe, a child of 4-5 years old, actively molested all children (took toys out of his hands, came to a place where the child was already playing and just pushed him out of the corner) in our case, he almost threw a 1.5-year-old child off the slide. Neither the mother nor the child speak Russian, Belarusian, or English. The reaction of the parent followed only after a loud remark to her child. With all this, the child's mother was in the cafe with food and drink obviously brought with her, which is prohibited by the rules of the cafe. To the question of the administrator, how is this? The following response was received: "they do not understand Russian, yes, they behave badly, then they turn the light on and off, they sit with their food, but they do not react to comments." A question for the owners... How is that even possible? Are the rules not for everyone? This is a children's cafe and yes, the responsibility for being in it is borne by the child's parents, but what to do with objectively inadequate children when their parents are not doing anything sitting at a table on the phone? It is a pity that such impressions remain from such a wonderful place.
Everything is fine, large space, clean, lots of games, friendly staff. But the price bites a little, there is something to compare it with, if you go with one kid, then it's good (although you can walk around on a bigger scale in the children's center for the same amount), but with two, it's a little too much for your pocket. A wish, it's only in the price for a visit with two children, but otherwise everything is fine ✨👌
The pleasant color scheme of the entire room, as well as the decor. There is some differentiation by zones. The so-called "sandbox" with wooden cubes for the smallest, raschnoobraznye machines, educational stands on the walls was located in one part of the institution, at the entrance, where it was a little cooler. And a second zone for older children, with a slide, a second floor and play areas in another part. Since the child wanted to be there, then there, he had to move from one zone to another, giving him the opportunity to do what he wanted, not necessarily sitting next to and entertaining him. The prices on the menu are "biting" for a place to eat yourself and feed the child, both for drinks and food. The food is frozen, which is heated in the microwave or otherwise. Example - I ordered dessert, they said I would have to wait 15 minutes, OK, in the end some of it was like "ice cream", despite the fact that the taste is excellent.
The result: more than 2 hours of child's play, tea and dessert cost 45 rubles.
The number of people will not be so crowded and there is nowhere to sit, there is usually a limit. All visitors should be barefoot or in a change of shoes in the institution. The area for undressing and removing shoes is not very large and in some ways "dirty", because as soon as I entered, I also need to take off my clothes and shoes here and then go into the hall itself.
