I liked everything very much. The staff are polite and competent. Everything is done quickly and without fuss. If you have any questions, they prompt you calmly and explain everything in an accessible way. In this department of the MFC, I did so much in a day that I would not have had time in Donetsk in a week (there are no coupons for two weeks in advance). And I was limited in time (I was traveling specially from Krasnodar). It is a pity that I cannot list the specialists by name, and therefore I am very grateful and respectful to ALL the employees of the Starobeshevsky branch of the MFC.

Since on December 23rd we already had to leave for another region... No one called back...It is impossible to reach them.... It's a long way to go... Why is this attitude on the part of the boss?

There is no dividing line on the TV screen for who to submit documents, who to receive, which coupons are next in line, people are sitting and don't even know about when and who will be accepted next!we are far from the Russian MFC, we did everything to the dump and that's it, we coped, as there were kilometer-long queues and remained, then why did we need to change the awl for soap??!!!
There are no questions for the staff, the manager is a good employee who keeps order, comes up and helps solve the problem herself, everyone communicates politely and tactfully
