And it was only after I made it clear that I noticed all this that I bothered to check. Not a government agency, but some kind of bazaar. Considering that during the initial visit, one of the employees (window 10) had a conflict with a client, and the employee yelled at the whole hall, hitting and threatening that she absolutely did not care if she was complained to higher management. It can be concluded that chaos and impunity are going on there, so employees have no customer orientation. I have the most terrible impressions of this organization. Step aside.

I went to the Enbekshinsky PSC in the East in the city of Shymkent to exchange an identity card due to expiration after contacting the police station on duty by phone 57 27 60, where they replied that there was no need to book a queue at the PSC, there was a live queue.
