The interior is very cool, warm and cozy ✅️ The kitchen is basically not bad and the menu is cheap ✅️ There is one thing, BUT we understand that this is a cafe with cheap prices, but you have an administrator who should at least give the waiters 5 minutes of briefing on the topic : how to communicate with guests and serve them well with a smile . So that the guests can come again and again. In Astana, everything is delicious and beautiful, but the SERVICE is lame, even elementary. Try to improve your classroom and you will make a profit.
