Very cozy and clean hotel. The square is 3 minutes away, and the tomb of Temur is 10 minutes away. Delicious and hearty breakfasts. Friendly hosts. The room is clean. There were minor interruptions with Wi-Fi, but the issue was resolved quickly. There are many cafes nearby.

A wonderful family-run hotel. The location is just perfect, but it's not noisy at all. Excellent breakfast: tea and coffee, nuts, watermelon, melon, pancakes... Wonderful hosts. The father of the family took him to Shakhrisabz inexpensively and had a lot of fun with his friend. Not an intrusive service, but always ready to help. I will be happy to stay here in Samarkand again.

I definitely recommend it. Beyond praise. The breakfast is excellent. The location is bombed. The owner of the hotel is very friendly and hospitable. The hotel is new, everything is clean, towels were still tagged. As explained, it is cheaper to buy new than to wash.

In terms of price and quality - excellent! The location is literally in the very center, 3 minutes to the Registon, 10 minutes to the University Boulevard. Very tasty breakfasts, you'll die. And overall it is clean and cozy in the rooms and in the courtyard. The owner is very helpful, can meet/give a ride to the airport, and in general is very hospitable and ready to help.
Of the roughness: the TV in the room is not connected, you will not be able to watch local TV, only youtube; guest wi-fi is quite slow, videos can hardly be watched, let alone downloaded. These are a couple of points to improve - and it will be right 11 out of 10.

A nice room with soft mattresses, there is a locker that can be locked with a key (safe), a shower and toilet in the room, breakfast is served for everyone individually between 7-9 hours, as it is more convenient for you outside under a canopy.

Hello! I can't rate it through Booking, because we canceled the reservation and paid for the hotel without the participation of the website. It turned out to be cheaper. And for the price we paid, any visiting tourist will be 99.9% satisfied with this hotel. But I'm a local and I know well how tourists are greeted in cities where they earn money. What is worth mentioning? 1. The owners are good people, they help where necessary. But there was not enough attitude when you feel that you are a welcome guest in a guest house, and not in a hotel where hired people work. Smiles, communication, the desire to help you get as comfortable as possible. Yasmina, special thanks. From her we received part of what I wrote. But the male population of the house is sullen. That's why I lowered 1 star so that people would pay attention.
2. It is necessary to provide greater access to drinking water. Yes, there is a cooler near the reception, but what to drink water from? Do you come with your container every time or ask for a piano to swim before/ after the road? It's going to get hot soon - put glasses in a prominent place.
3. If I'm not writing about something here, then everything is fine with this part! I was particularly surprised by the availability of my own heating in mid-April.

We stayed for 2 nights. We chose the hotel based on reviews and a very convenient location. The room is clean, toothbrushes, slippers, hair dryer, shampoo and shower gel.
The children could not dry out for breakfast from the road, so the owner took us to the Pancake House and fed us at his own expense in it. Nice.
By the way, he met us and escorted us to the railway station.

A cozy new guest house. All the sights are within walking distance. The room has everything you need, canaries are singing in the courtyard. There is no kettle in the room, but food can be ordered from the owner. Huge portions for breakfast!!! We advise everyone.

The whole family highly recommend this hotel! Upon arrival, a reception was immediately organized and placed in the room, despite the fact that they arrived ahead of check-in time. We took a triple room. Very cozy and clean. There is a refrigerator in the room, which is very good. The bathroom is clean, has a sprinkler with a timer to keep a fresh and pleasant smell in the bathroom. There is a hairdryer, as well as new toothbrushes for guests. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. We are always happy to advise you on all issues. A great breakfast was organized for tomorrow. We had to leave early because of the ticket, so they made concessions and prepared breakfast early, for which we are very grateful. I attached a photo of the table in the application. As a result, the warm hospitality left the most pleasant feelings after the hotel. We will definitely stop by again!

Great location. A friendly host. Requests of various kinds were made, all wishes were successfully resolved. We arrived late at night in a downpour, Ibadullo, that's the name of the owner, met and received us. We warned you in advance and received a positive response. In the same way, I took them to their beautiful airport in the early morning, picking up our traveling companion at another hotel on the way. We are very grateful for these days. We wish you prosperity. If we manage to visit Samarkand again, we will definitely try to check into the Hotel Jasmine.

The layout of the hotel is unusual for Europeans, but immerses in the style of Samarkand and its mahallas.

So...if the temperature outside is below 10 degrees at night, I don't recommend it! It's very cold, blowing from the walls. Poor water pressure and not enough hot water in the morning and evening. Everything else doesn't seem to be bad. The location is great! The breakfast is great!
