We visited this wonderful hotel, it concerns the convenient location and the attitude of the owner towards the visitors. They are very helpful, they will tell you and show you where you can eat delicious food, where to go. We were caught in a cold snap and were pleasantly surprised that the rooms had underfloor heating. The breakfasts are prepared by the time you specify, the breakfast is quite hearty and varied. We were very satisfied with the hospitality, I strongly advise you to consider it.

Perhaps the best hotel of all our places where we stayed in Uzbekistan, and that says it all!
If it were possible to put 10 points, I would put 10.
The rooms have everything you need for a stay.
Comfortable mattresses, fine linens, Smart TV, clean carpets on the floor, and in general, the room is perfectly clean, for me this was the most important thing when choosing a hotel!
The owner met us and escorted us to the railway station, free of charge.
Thanks to the hotel and its owner, we felt a real oriental hospitality!
And what amazing breakfasts are there…

It is clean and cozy both in the room and in the bathroom.
Excellent location, Registan is visible from the beginning of the 2nd floor stairs.
I liked the breakfasts, the variety of nuts, fruits, and berries. Also cheese, butter, sausage. Plus, you are personally served milk porridge (we had rice porridge), or fried eggs with sausage. Also a pancake with cheesecakes or pancakes.
The attitude towards the guests is friendly.
Many thanks to everyone for getting into the situation and feeding us before departure at 7.30, although breakfast starts at eight.
Plus, the Internet jumped and there was no way to contact the taxi driver who was on the way to the call. They called, explained, and agreed.

A very pleasant place! We rested here for about a week, we were satisfied. The breakfasts are good, lots of fruits, sweets and nuts. In addition to snacks, delicious main dishes, a lot of food, we did not stay hungry. The location is the main advantage, it is located right next to the Registan, which is very convenient. An excellent hotel in all respects. It is located in the immediate vicinity of Registan Square. Very cozy, the rooms are clean, the plumbing is all working, there are all hygiene products, a bed with a comfortable mattress. The breakfasts are great, you definitely won't stay hungry. The staff is very friendly, attentive to the guests, you will be met from the airport, and will help with organizing excursions, and will tell you where, what, how. There are no disadvantages.

We were delighted with the hospitality of the hotel owner (Ibodullo) and his assistants (daughter Jasmine and son). They are very kind, responsive and very sincere people. The hotel is very clean and very cozy! You can immediately see what has been done with the soul and the approach to dear guests. Breakfast is beyond praise. Rice porridge is very tasty for 5+++! Delicious fresh hot pancakes! and all the other dishes too. The owner of the hotel helps with all questions and problems: he met us at the airport, took us to exchange rubles for soums at the exchange office and buy a Sim card. We had a rest from June 8-9, 2024. First, we arrived ahead of time, we were somewhere at 12:30, the room was ready, and we were immediately checked in. They showed us the room right away, we liked everything. Clean bed, clean room, clean bathroom. The room had 1 double bed, air conditioning, all towels, for hands, feet and bath, 1 wardrobe, bedside tables next to the bed, an electric kettle, by the way, I read in the reviews that there is no tea, there is tea, right at the reception, several types of tea bags, plus there is also a refrigerator with different drinks (as alcoholic and non-alcoholic), refrigerator and TV. WiFi is working on the territory, I can't complain about work, because everything was working, loading, opening. The territory is very cozy, green, you can sit in the evening and relax from the sultry heat. The location of the hotel is very convenient, it is located in a quiet place where there is no traffic, you will not listen to the hum and honks of cars all day, the most famous Registan tourist complex is within walking distance, there are also coffee and restaurants nearby where you can have a hearty, tasty and appetizing meal. It takes 5 minutes to walk to Registan at a slow pace, 10 minutes to the tomb of Amir Timur, through a green park. The hotel is very quiet, there are no extraneous sounds, noise, rested very well. In the evening, at the reception they will ask you what time you need to prepare breakfast, breakfast is from 8 to 10 in the morning. We asked by 9 a.m., and when we came down at 9 a.m., the table was already set and fried eggs with sausage were immediately served, and pancakes with banana with nutella poured on top, plus there was a variety of fruits, nuts, etc. For convenience, there were 2 kettles, one with boiling water for coffee, the second with tea. On the ground floor, both at the entrance to the hotel and inside the hotel there are cages with birds, I read in the reviews that they interfere when they sing, they do not interfere at all, on the contrary they sang soothingly when we ate, imagine sitting eating and a canary sings next to it, it's a buzz. For those who drive, there is a small parking lot near the hotel where you can park your car.

A super authentic place to relax with children and adults, the hotel has 8 rooms with individual bathrooms, the owner prepares breakfast with his own hands, room cleaning is not noticeable, in our absence, yellow canaries in the yard, the yard is perfectly clean, Internet and transfer as a gift from the institution, the owner is just a darling, it's interesting to chat with him about Samarkand life and history. The exit from the courtyard is 5 minutes from the Registan by a leisurely stroll through a beautiful park. I advise everyone!

Wonderful, mentally, comfortable. A family hotel with a soul. Excellent breakfasts, just for me, I'm not a fan of meat. For breakfast: excellent rice porridge, delicious pancakes with filling, eggs, fruits, dried fruits and almonds. Coffee, tea to choose from. By the way, the breakfast was prepared by the owner of the Ibadullah hotel. Very responsive and attentive to the guests of the hotel. The room is clean, there are all accessories, starting from toothpaste and ending with slippers, which surprised me. No worse than in 5-star hotels. The owner of the hotel met us from the train station, helped us find the "Optics" (mom forgot her glasses), proved himself to be a true professional in his field. Thank him very much for his hospitality!

Good location, 7-10 minutes at a leisurely pace to the turnstiles at the entrance to Registan, 15 minutes to Gur Emir and Siab bazaar with Bibi Khanum. Clean, cozy room, good breakfasts.
I did not like it · The kettle in the room does not turn off, there are no tea bags, sugar, bottled water would not hurt.

Jasmina (Yasmina). The guest house is in an excellent location. We visited at the beginning of March 24, it snowed for 2 days, at night -8. The room was cold, although there is heating. The owner moved me to a warm room without any problems, thank you. The owner meets / accompanies you to the airport and at the railway station. After a night flight, they were fed breakfast and settled in, they were not forced to wait for the hour of check-in. After spending 2 days in Samarkand, we left to see Bukhara for a couple of days, things were left for storage. Comfortable. You can pay for your stay with Gazprombank's union pay card. The breakfasts are good. We recommend it.

We lived with a small child in a triple room, a very nice large room, there was a place to walk and crawl, perfect cleanliness, we were also very pleased with the bathtub, not the shower.
Breakfasts are a separate pleasure, for such a low room price, the breakfasts are super, and porridge and eggs with sausages, very tasty pancakes with berries and other snacks, lots of seasonal fruits, nuts, oriental sweets, the child was cooked separately with a kortoshka, for which, too, thank you very much) there is also a cooler with water, also very convenient
The location of the hotel is very convenient, in all directions where not to go, to the sights 5 minutes on foot.
On the ground floor of the hotel there is a cozy courtyard, very green, the owners are wonderful, birds are singing in the courtyard, I don't even know what else to write, we were very cozy, thank you for your hospitality)

The excellent location of the hotel relative to the historical part of the city. The rooms are good, the breakfasts are excellent, and you can also ask the host in advance to cook something traditional for lunch or dinner. A small, cozy hotel in Mahal. Registan is visible from the second floor - 500 m across the park. The rooms are small, there is everything you need, up to one-time toothbrushes. There is a large restaurant for weddings nearby. It's very loud, but everything ends before 23-00. And that's only one evening out of three nights. Breakfast is something - our grandmother did not feed us like that in childhood. A bowl of porridge with milk, then pancakes with sweet or cottage cheese, and a couple of boiled eggs. Once there was samsa, it was just delicious samsa. And everything is freshly prepared. This is not counting the fruits and nuts on the table. The owner of the hotel, Jahongir, calm and easy-going, met him at the airport at night, took him to the train early in the morning - katta rahmat, Aziz Jahongir. We would come to this hotel again - of course yes! I would recommend it to my friends, no doubt.

Real oriental hospitality! The owner personally met me at the airport despite the very early arrival! They were placed earlier than the official check-in time, which was very nice, because they couldn't sleep on the plane. The location is GREAT! If some show starts on Registan in the evening, then you can hear it right from the open window in the room and you can run there in just a couple of minutes. In the morning you wake up to the singing of canaries like in an oriental fairy tale - it's very cool and unusual. Breakfast... No- BREAKFAST!!! It is very tasty and varied and it is simply impossible to eat everything. I've reconsidered my attitude to rice porridge. They cook it just amazing here! In general, one of the best family hotels where my wife and I have stayed. Good luck with your business! We will definitely try to come again!

A wonderful family-run hotel. The location is just perfect, but it's not noisy at all. Excellent breakfast: tea and coffee, nuts, watermelon, melon, pancakes... Wonderful hosts. The father of the family took him to Shakhrisabz inexpensively and had a lot of fun with his friend. Not an intrusive service, but always ready to help. I will be happy to stay here in Samarkand again.

Very cozy and clean hotel. The square is 3 minutes away, and the tomb of Temur is 10 minutes away. Delicious and hearty breakfasts. Friendly hosts. The room is clean. There were minor interruptions with Wi-Fi, but the issue was resolved quickly. There are many cafes nearby.

In terms of price and quality - excellent! The location is literally in the very center, 3 minutes to the Registon, 10 minutes to the University Boulevard. Very tasty breakfasts, you'll die. And overall it is clean and cozy in the rooms and in the courtyard. The owner is very helpful, can meet/give a ride to the airport, and in general is very hospitable and ready to help.
Of the roughness: the TV in the room is not connected, you will not be able to watch local TV, only youtube; guest wi-fi is quite slow, videos can hardly be watched, let alone downloaded. These are a couple of points to improve - and it will be right 11 out of 10.
