We stayed together with my husband. We liked the convenient location of the hotel, both to public transport and attractions. The Grand Bazaar is 5 minutes away, there is de transport, then go both ways and find everything you need - the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Suleymaniye, etc. The rooms are modest. The linen is clean. Small fridge, kettle, glasses. In the bathroom (it's sooo small, but what to do there is not to walk) there is a sink, a toilet, a shower on the floor. There is shampoo. Slippers. At the reception, the employee knows Russian during the day and the night employee too, the owner is Turkish. Any questions about comfortable accommodation are resolved immediately) a room at the price of an apartment in Vnukovo near the airport. There is a TV in the room, but only in Turkish) the rooms are small to relax after long walks around Istanbul. We liked it. We recommend it for people without complaints, with an adequate price / quality assessment. For this little money (2300 ₽ for about two people a day)very good!
We stayed at this hotel for a week in November. For 2200 rubles per day, I consider it a very good option. We offered 2 rooms to choose from, 2nd or 4th floor. The fourth one shows the sea.We took the second floor. They are about the same in terms of furniture and condition. There is always a good woman from Armenia at the reception during the day, a guy from Uzbekistan at night, they speak Russian perfectly. The room has air conditioning, we did not use it, turned on the battery at night and it was warm.,kettle, refrigerator,TV (not used, but it seems there are no Russian channels) shampoo, towels, etc. are available.
The only disadvantage is that there is no partition in the san node, you can wash and everything is in the water (there were no problems with pressure and hot water.)
The location is excellent, to the right 1min cafe restrans shops and everything you need.to the left in the ascent, a 7-minute walk to the Grand Bazaar.Aia Sofia is 15 minutes away.
For this money, the option is normal both in terms of condition and location. We were so tired walking that we came and just fell asleep.
Very nice hotel is located next to the ocean nearby there is the largest bazaar in the city there is a Sultan Ahmet mosque 3 min of the road the staff is just great
