3) Rooms: spacious, fresh, we were satisfied.
But the floors are very dirty, there are no cups, there was 1 plastic cup.
Towels were changed every day.

4) Nutrition: monotonous from the word at all.
Breakfast is always the same, pancakes, sandwiches, omelette, eggs, porridge (if you can call it that, milk and oatmeal floats)
The most varied is dinner (grilled fish is very tasty)

Cocktails are delicious, but not everywhere (you need to look for bartenders, only 2 of them do well)
Alcohol is really not bad

1. The cost. The price is just space, But okay, I thought, it means a good hotel.
2. Transfer. The flight there is not bad, Turkish airlines even fed me, but I did not eat because I flew at night. Departure delay is 45 min. In-ear headphones. We drove from the airport for almost 2 hours, stopping at 3 hotels on the way. But the return transfer made me worried-I was first on the list, the bus was late(they said they were changing it), it creaked, rattled and barely drove. We went to three other hotels, who knows where-we managed to collect the infernal traffic jams and arrive at the airport in two hours. Pegasus Airlines, paid $22 for seats at the emergency exit. They don't feed you in flight. The delay is 25 minutes.
3. The hotel. He's not a five far away! This is a European top three. But the most funny thing is that the guide the next day (I'll tell you about her separately) said - what did you expect when you went to the economy hotel! There is no luggage storage-either at the reception in the hallway or in a closet on the street. There are no bracelets-saving money. I arrived at the hotel at 10:00, checked in at 13:00. Check-out was at 17:30, check-out at 12:00. They don't extend it for money
4. Food. If you come to breakfast-lunch-dinner after 60 minutes or more since it started, you will get huge queues, "battles" of adults for free tables and children for ice cream. Be prepared that you will not have enough peaches and nectarines, dried fruits, tortillas with meat, partially hot on the grill. There are no norms of bowls for porridge or yogurt-only huge tureens that still need to be found. I was drinking yogurt from a glass. The famous Turkish delicious tea is terrible this year.... Cheaper tea leaves. Next, snack bars-gozlime, if you want-be ready to stand in line for 50-90 minutes daily, at 16:00 exactly they close in front of the whole queue. Snack bar with fast food more or less. The alcobar is hidden, only balantaise and absolute and gin are free from Europe, everything else is of poor local quality. However, in bars without alcs, drinks are normal-schweppes bottle, fusion tea, the rest is from barkan. There is a lobby bar with a good coffee machine, but you won't get it there)they say they can't, they offer terrible coffee from an ordinary hotel machine, with powdered milk. Uncomfortable breaks. I had to buy meat at a nearby store when I was hungry, but I didn't want to eat fast food. The guide said in no case should you take out the food. Everything was carried out without problems. The dessert bar is hidden in the alcohol bar and is open until 16, in the lobby bar you drink coffee empty. The main restaurant near the grill smells like sewage. There are 4 resta ala maps. Marine-here we must pay tribute not to find fault. Italian-the food is good, the service is not great, Turkish is actually food from a fast snack bar. These are free. It is possible once every 10 days. For a fee, you can go to Spanish paella-animators are actively invited there! If you arrive for less than 10 days, then to get to two-team up with someone and book for different rooms.
5. Animation. If in general, then it stupidly does not exist) I have something to compare it with. It is a shame to give out Turkish dances of local birders as a "Turkish night". It's about the evening. There are no discos for adults. During the day, the animation is sleepy-no greetings from the animation team dance in the morning, no invitations and location announcements-nothing. For show, water polo, darts, Pilates, pingpong, that's it.... It is much more interesting to sell you a trip to a nearby city to a nightclub or a bingo ticket. The whole animation group has a day off on Sunday)
6. Infrastructure. There are not convenient passages from the house to the beach. Yes, keep in mind-there is a settlement in the houses-it's hell, and in the main building. Funny houses-it's really not easy to go far into the mountains, there is no WiFi(!), wild boars can come to you (you can't touch them, because they are under guard). The jokes of the main body-the further you go, the more fun it is. Imagine a building that is built with a ladder. I walked a little bit-I went up and so many times. The exit from the lobby bar or reception to the beach is a zigzag path.
7. The room. The room is spacious with a large bed, a view of the interior, and then I paid 30 bucks extra for it. Refrigerator with minibar 4 types of refreshing soda. On the first day, the minibar was not installed, and on the other day, two cans were removed from the refrigerator altogether! These are the Turkish jokes. On the last day, I found out that there should be 5 drinks -they did not put water mines. Small TV (not included). A door without a peephole. Large safe, electric kettle without mugs! If you want tea, brew it as you want. I had a balcony - a passageway between the buildings, so it's not enough that you always need to keep it closed, so you also have to curtain it so that guests passing by don't look. The shower is tired where the iron elements are all corroded from dampness, because of the dampness I once caught a gecko in the bathtub!!!! The cleaning is bad. Towels are changed and the bed is made. That's it. Sand is not removed from the floor. There are no bathrobes even for money. Sneakers must be demanded to be given new ones. Only shampoo and shower gel are updated. I called the reception once to have the soap brought. Cotton swabs, a nail file have not been updated once, as well as a laundry bag. There are no toothbrushes, combs, razors, body lotion, pads. There are no pens, notebooks, postcards, or paper napkins. There is no free shuttle service. Wi-Fi is more or less only on the beach. With towels, there is a clear failure to reach the declared level-only two(!) per person and one for the legs. Cleaning is late after 15:00. It is impossible to dry clothes-on an improvised balcony it is blown away by the wind-I recommend taking a whip and clothespins
8. The sea is excellent-clean and cool. Few people bathe in it and this is a plus. Small waves. The approach is gradual. Sand, some pebbles and more sand. The sun beds are free. There is almost no freedom after 10:00. From the pools to the beach there is a ramp and a layer of shade under the trees. There are cabanas along the pier that are paid for 50 euros. You can come there for free after dinner-no one will go. There are two pools on the street and one inside-I did not swim. The sun beds on the beach and on the lower pool are tubed, and on the upper one they are new. They are interested in riding on sea modes of transport. Beach towels should be handed over in the evening, if you leave them overnight, they will not be in the morning.
9. Transport. The kayak is paid. There are no bicycles or scooters. Rent a car without a deposit of $ 50 plus a gasoline liter, an average of 85 rubles. you need a license and a passport. I took the Renault symbol. The subcompact coped
10. Staff. This is the most vulnerable place. There is a Russian-speaking Oksana at the reception. She will help. The rest do not speak English. It is clear that there is not enough staff. The same waiters and bartenders rush from bar to bar almost all day. I wrote about animation above. There are lifeguards on the beach, but they hide in the shade just above the beach. Massage therapists want to sell you massages all day long. Polina, the guide, proudly said that all the chefs here are Chinese (?!) I haven't seen any-all Turks. Many Azerbaijanis are ofic. The porters are warm. I didn't notice the service culture. I recommend tipping the woman who gives out towels-she has a prosthetic arm.
11. The contingent. Mostly Russian, Turkish and Kazakh. There are few foreigners-Poles, Germans, French, Americans, Arabs. From a security point of view, everything is fine, politics is not discussed and condemned here.
12. Zones. There is a tennis court, a basketball court, a volleyball net. They play only recently and then rarely. Annoying hookah makers strive to sell hookah for 40-50 euros. You can bargain for 10-20. In the basement of the hotel there is a spa area-a saltwater pool and a hammam-it's free. The rest is for money. Massage, etc. There are also shops with all sorts of stuff, though expensive. The fitness room is cool-there are a lot of good simulators, few people are engaged. There is also a game room in the main building-I was not there, according to the poster there is a curling iron, air hockey.
13. The guide. Polina (an otd review was sent to her), seeing at the meeting that I had experience, immediately cooled down and did not sell excursions, switching to others. But! I didn't give out a free review, referring to that it would be a check-in at certain stores with the condition to buy something, they say, it's just impossible to get to Bodrum without shopping. I answered all the questions in votsam from...... But when I met the guide's boyfriend the next day, he suggested a lot of things (I didn't remember his name)
14. Where to go yourself. So, what's the nearest one. Firstly, there is a good supermarket, you need to go down from the hotel to the highway and turn right - this supermarket has everything you need, plus you can give bucks and get change in lira. The world maps don't work. Next, there is a stop right at this store. Once every 30 minutes you can get on and drive to Turgutreis-a mini town, take a walk there. But the bus station is more valuable there. You can take it to Bodrum-I recommend Peter's castle, the embankment there, and that's about it. Midtown is on the way out, but it's better to go there for a day of shopping. On the way to Bodrum, bitez Aquarium beach is a wild bay. Next, if you go back to the stop where the store is, then in the other side of Gumyushlyuk. A very beautiful promenade, behind it two beautiful wild beaches in coves, a mountain that can be climbed. You can ford another mountain, climb over a fence and climb up too. A very cool market with homemade vampires. Beyond Gumyushlyuk, Yalikovak is further - there is an embankment with expensive brands, restaurants, yachts and an ordinary embankment, a market. 15. Transport. If there is a taxi, everyone seems to have a meter, but the cost is still about dollars/ euros. For example, Bodrum-20-25, Gyumyushlyuk-4, Yalikovak-20. It is more profitable on buses - 20-40 liras, depending on the route.
16. Payment. Basically, the calculation goes in 4 ways. The first is euros / dollar, the second is lira-it is profitable to withdraw from Tinkov at an ATM from 1000 lira-there is no commission, the savings bank has a 150₽ commission. Nice hotel, cozy area, lots of greenery, beautiful beach. The staff is not intrusive, I pour as much as I want. The food is very normal. There are no cocktails with jupi. The rooms are simple but clean.
I wonder how you can give 5 stars to this terrible hotel. Dirty dishes , and not only dishes , there is dirt everywhere , starting from the canteen and ending with toilets and rooms . I do not recommend it in general!
We stayed at this hotel from 08/04/2011 to 08/12/2011. Room 1303. Now it feels like it. The sea is beyond praise, The beach is well normal, even rakes are cleaned every morning, not very big, but we were saved by sun beds under the trees, actually on the beach, shade, a light breeze. This is the first hotel where you can spend the whole day at the sea and not get burned. The food was pleasant, normal, varied, delicious. The dining room service for COVID of the year is excellent. Even if there is no staff at the distribution table at the moment, stop, wait a little and the first one who is free will come to you and do everything. Well, now about the bad. The rooms were not cleaned, from the word at all, Upon arrival the toilet was dirty, there was sand all over the tray in the shower, I walked around the room barefoot for 5 minutes, which I used to do in other hotels, my feet were not just dirty, black. There is not a single glass in the room, not a single cup. We went to the reception, showed a photo, immediately started calling, said they would do everything. After 2 hours, nothing has changed. Again the reception, again the promises - they visited the room, flushed the toilet, did not touch the shower, did not touch the floors. My wife washed the shower, disinfected what they could. The next day, a meeting with the hotel guide, a lot of promises that everything is being done, he will sort it out. I settled it - 5 paper cups for tea were brought into the room, that's all. Towels were changed from the service, the bed was made. In the mini bar, they added water, cola and everything else they "forgot" to add. At least the air conditioner was working, but in the mode it is either on and cold, or turned off. It did not give in to any adjustments. Reception - service below the baseboard, cleaning requests, only promises, called twice at check-out, ordered a "car", a local car, take the suitcase to the reception, yes, yes now, no one has arrived, he dragged the suitcase himself. Although if you contact the drivers of tarataek directly, they will give you a ride without any problems, they will do everything. The territory of the hotel from the reception to the beach is cleaned more or less decently, but in my opinion, cleaning is not carried out at all in the area of rooms on the mountain, the urns will be thrown out and that's it, on the way next to the urn, in plain sight, there was a bottle of water and a piece of soap, since they were lying around, and they were lying around. Wi-Fi works great at the reception, in bars and everywhere on the beach, in the rooms of "Myndos Rooms" it is not at all. In general, we are satisfied with the rest, the most important thing is the sea, the sun. But the hotel does not pull not only for 5 *, but also for 4 * does not pull for service and cleanliness in the rooms.

A great hotel for your money
Check-in is standard. At the request of our agent, the room was prepared in advance. The compliment in the room is fruits. Almost all rooms at mindos have sea views. they are small two-storey houses. The neighbors have never been heard of. Cleaning, towels are changed consistently. Linen - once every three days. The minibar is replenished every day (water, cola). There is a kettle, cups, glasses.
The territory of the hotel is large and green. The beach is long, with small pebbles and sand. There were enough sun beds for everyone, we did not observe them at 6 a.m. Basically, people came to the beach around 10. There is a sunbed area under the pines, there is always shade. There are two large pools on different levels, they are a little noisy - music and animation are playing.
The main restaurant is a large one. There are places both behind glass with air conditioning and outdoors. The food is excellent. There are always several types of fish, including salmon, beef, chicken, turkey, lots of vegetables and snacks. There is a grill area. For breakfast there is Porridge and omelets in all kinds. Honey in honeycombs. Drinks are brought by waiters. Everything is pretty fast. There are no queues for distribution
A la carte restaurants - visited Turkish and Spanish. Turkish - everything is very tasty, the waiters are super courteous. Spanish - Gazpacho, tapas, Paella -is not bad! We liked it. We were in the room only at night. The food is great. There is a certain disregard for the Russians, but this is because no one leaves any of our people for tea - our people come as kings of the world and owe them everything. Tip a dollar and you will be a favorite guest! The rooms have slippers from the dirty floor. And they are dirty because the entrance is from the street and bring sand from the beach. A 2-3* hotel, no more. We definitely do not recommend it. VERY dirty rooms. Our number is 1544. Upon check—in, the floor is terribly dirty. After the shower, I turned the foot towel upside down — everything is visible in the photo.

We were three families in September 2018. The hotel is great. The rooms are cleaned every day. Towels are changed daily. The food is good, there are dishes for everyone. Simple and alcoholic drinks are available around the clock. During the day, they are fed in bars all over the beach. The beach is big. You can choose the sand or go to the pier to dive. The pools on the territory are excellent (with sea water). 2 large ones up to 1.6 in depth and one for children. The water is clean and cool. Among the entertainment there is an amphitheater (every evening someone performs) and a night disco. There are really not enough animators, but they spin as best they can. In general, they did not regret it. Maybe we'll come back.

It's a creepy hotel. They moved into a dirty room: the toilet is dirty, the windows are stained, the floor is dirty. The plumbing is leaking, the air conditioner is not working. I am currently at the hotel and for the second day I am fighting to be moved to another room or to have this one cleaned. It's useless so far. I strongly do not recommend the hotel!!!
We were able to go thanks to the Pegasus promotion, the price was reduced by a third. We really liked the hotel! The beach is long, there is a sandy area, there is a wooden deck. The water is transparent, visibility is more than 10 meters. Restaurants require separate praise, all add 5 kg of weight gain per stay. The rooms have new and fresh linen. Everything in the rooms is laconic but very comfortable. Our main assessment is the desire to come at least once more!!!

Good afternoon! We had a rest in Yasmin in September 2018. I liked the hotel, the sea is magical! The animation is just fire! Well done guys! Of the minuses, this is a small variety of dishes for children. The smell of sewage in the rooms. It took an awfully long time to settle . We arrived at 9 a.m. and checked in at 2:30 p.m., after I started swearing. Although all those who arrived later have already been settled.
We had a vacation with my husband in July 2019. The rooms are clean. It is clear that the repair was not done this year, there are already traces of vandals. It is noticeable that the hotel makes sure that everything is repaired, but not everything is neatly repaired. This did not bother us as they came to the room only to spend the night.
Check-in. In other reviews, I read that in order not to live on the mountain, you need to "give a paw", but this is not the case. We didn't give anything to anyone and they put us on the second line. If it's hard, you can use the club car, but we've never done that. There are stairs between two or three bungalows to take a shortcut. In Moscow, I walk on to the bus stop. Yes, sometimes you have to go up a steep mountain here, but thanks to this location, almost all rooms have a gorgeous view of the bay.
The food is excellent. A variety for every taste and color with an emphasis on Mediterranean cuisine. Local fresh vegetables and fruits in huge quantities, olives, delicious cheeses, meat is everything except pork and it is cooked perfectly, fish is also always mostly baked. Local sweets are also available. In addition, there are always standard spaghetti, French fries, cakes, etc.
The sea is beautiful. Clean and transparent even at great depths. The temperature is about 25 degrees - very refreshing. It is very comfortable on the beach, there is no suffocating heat, a fresh breeze constantly blows from the sea.

I was vacationing with my husband and 9-month-old daughter from June 20-30, 2019.
The tour was purchased through level travel. We chose the hotel based on the expectation that we would get to the hotel as close as possible from the airport. The distance of 40 km from the airport is written on the page of this hotel. We were satisfied with that. Plus 5 stars and a good rating based on reviews. The cost is about 100 thousand rubles. In general, in our opinion, it seems like a combination of price and quality.
We have arrived in Izmir! I understand that it's our own fault, we probably need to look at where the flight is and how far it is from the hotel. But since we believe everything that is written, we were just shocked when we boarded the bus to the hotel and were told that our journey would take about 3.5-4 hours. And that the distance to the hotel is about 300 km. In general, as we drove through these hours, I generally remember being delirious. The child was screaming. Everyone is tired, I don't envy those people who rode with us on the bus.
We arrived at the hotel around 12 p.m. Tired and angry. Of course, check-in is at 14 o'clock. The guide said that the hotel was half empty, so there should be no problems with check-in. but! No one is checked in ahead of time at the reception for free. And they settle as far away as possible and not more convenient, as long as you pay the money. I read about it in the reviews, but I didn't think it was so on stream here. We had no choice but to agree. It cost us $40. As a result, the second line and check-in are right away.

They settled us in the so-called bungalows. Everything would be fine, but he is on the mountain. And you're not walking there. Golf cart-type cars ply in front of the main entrance, and you can always use them to get to the room. This is definitely a plus. However, if we were so unlucky, Then this is always the case, these cars were constantly breaking down, and we often had to climb the mountain on foot. Considering the fatigue after the sea and the presence of a stroller with a baby, it did not really improve the mood.
Food: in general, you can't stay hungry. The variety of dishes is pretty decent. Breakfast is very monotonous, but in fact there is rarely any variety for breakfast. There are eggs in all kinds and manifestations. This is the most important thing for me.
For a small child, there was only milk and instant cookies all the time. So it's good that we brought all the food for our daughter from Moscow. For lunch and dinner, there was always something hot, I mean fried or grilled, something that is cooked in front of you. Skewers with turkey or chicken or just fried chicken. There was always fried fish. But there has never been beef, pork (for obvious reasons), or lamb in 10 days.
In general, the norms. On the 5th day, we got tired of eating all this and switched to salads, which we always had. And it was possible to combine both ingredients and dressings.
Now about the sea: the sea is simply amazing! The water is as clear as a tear. I've never seen any turbidity. The beach is very clean and there is always plenty of water. The hotel staff constantly go and collect garbage and cigarette butts. That is, the garbage does not lie around. Sun beds in the shade are worth their weight in gold. For example, we got up at 6 a.m. and only at this time can we find a good place in the shade. There were no problems with sunbeds in the sun. However, there was also a problem that if you do not follow up and scatter as many personal belongings as possible, then you can safely lose the reserved sunbed, and your towels will simply be dumped on the sand. Unfortunately, Russians are especially guilty of this:(by the way, the same situation is at the pool.
Animation: it is difficult for us to evaluate because the child was only 9 months old, but judging by what we saw and heard, the animators are just super. Children are constantly being taken care of and even in most cases they know by name.

I'll start with the bad one because it met us at the very beginning of the holiday when we checked in.
A phone, Iphone xs max 512gb, was stolen from our spouse's bag at the reception. The phone was only a couple of months old.
Strangely enough, the security service did not help us at all, they dealt with the video for two days. On the third day, we insisted and showed us a video of terrible quality on which little is noticeable, but still you can see how a teenager approaches the bag, unzips it and then moves away. What is even more strange because at that time there was only one camera at the reception in the hotel for the entire hall and it was shooting with the quality of a mid-2000s phone.
We insisted that we call the police, they shrugged their shoulders and said that the video clearly did not show the face of this incident and left, But what was strange was that the head of the Security Service talked for a very long time and explained something to the gendarmes. But on the 4th day, I still went to the police with a guide from Pegasus Tourist and wrote a statement about the theft.
On the 5th day, new cameras began to be installed at the hotel and several new cameras appeared at the reception.
I underestimated the estimates only based on how the administration reacted to this incident.

The hotel as a whole is very good! The territory is large, there is a place to walk, the attitude towards the guests is very good, no matter what nationality, I have previously met with this in other hotels! A big plus is there are no bracelets))), the food is good: meat, fish, turkey, lots of greens, vegetables are very tasty, apples, peaches, apricots, grapes, watermelons, melons are made from fruits! Pastry chefs prepare delicious desserts! The water in the sea is even very cool.
Almost all rooms have a sea view and a balcony. The view is gorgeous.
There is almost nothing near the hotel, we went to the market in Turgutreis. $ 10 round trip by taxi. A taxi at the hotel was asked for € 14.
We had a family vacation with a 4-year-old child for 2 weeks from the beginning of October. Check-in was late at about 21 hours, so I can't say anything about check-in with an additional fee!The room was taken by the club room (bungalow on the mountain).They settled on the 2nd line.The view from the windows is simply gorgeous (sea, mountains, Kos island)!But in the rooms on the 1st and 2nd line, the noise from the cars that are being driven from the reception is very audible!Usually in the evening until 00:00 and in the morning from 8:00.The room was spacious, everything worked, but the bathroom had a smoky partition from the shower, or rather one part was missing at all!Because of this, the floor was always in the water.After cleaning, of course, it was dry and clean.But there is the biggest disadvantage in cleaning, namely, in the cleaners, this is THEFT!!!
In the second week of rest, after cleaning, we returned to the room and could not find the silver earrings that always lay in a closed cosmetic bag by the sink.(the issue has been resolved ...after contacting guest relay.suddenly appeared the next day on the table by the TV) I also found the cleaner's hair on the comb!In the first week, the foundation was stolen, I realized this upon arrival home, because there was doubt that I left it at home.This case really spoils the reputation of the hotel!It is a pity that such employees, because the hotel is really decent!So dear women, hide all cosmetics and jewelry!!!
I don't want to write much about food... there is everything- meat, fish, vegetables, pickles, sweets, fruits (watermelons, plums, peaches, grapes, tangerines, apples, pears, grapefruits)The employees at the restaurant are doing well - they clean well, they bring it.

One day we went to this hotel with my husband, before leaving for the day we decided to go to the ala-kart restaurant in this hotel, but when they came they told us that we were not included in the list, we had to turn around and leave, but the next day we had to leave, they called our room and said as a compliment the hotel offered a whole dish of sweets, a bottle of wine and you could stay in the room until departure, usually check-out before 12.00, it was very pleasant😊😁
A gorgeous hotel. It was in May 2019, the whole area is covered with flowering plants. The sea is cool, but the water is very clean. The SPA complex is beyond praise, and I am especially grateful to Mikhail and Marina.
We went on a honeymoon with my husband! The compliment from the hotel was: a plate of sweets, fruit, a small towel👌
We lived in a bungalow, very quiet - no one walked, no noise)👍
The food was delicious, the alcohol was of high quality!
