We had a rest from October 12, 2024 to the 19th.. The rest was a success, in general, I liked everything: The hotel is very beautiful, the view from the room is incomparable! There were some rough edges in terms of not very clean dishes, but we usually do not focus on such things, so as not to spoil our mood and impression. We prefer to praise rather than scold☝️😉 I especially want to mention the wonderful waiter from the a la carte restaurant, unfortunately they did not remember the name ((He is very short and very positive👍 plus to his impeccable professional qualities👌; as well as the woman who gave out towels on the beach!) The hotel is lucky to have such employees!👏🙋

The main advantage of the hotel is the location and 2 large swimming pools. The main restaurant is quite large and there are 4 A la carte restaurants. There is a separate alcoholic and beverage bar and a separate coffee bar. However, there is a huge drawback, the staff does not try to keep clean at all. There are a lot of sanitary violations. Many Russian-speaking tourists complained about this drawback. And also for those who like to walk behind the hotel, you can't really walk anywhere here, I personally did not walk outside the hotel on this trip, but the hotel guests shared with me, saying that there are no places to walk behind the hotel.

I was with the children at the end of September 24, I was offered a family room, although a standard one was booked. The room was nice, clean, beautiful and cozy. The room has everything, slippers, bathrobes, towels, hair dryer, etc. Every day the bar was cleaned and replenished.(free of charge) The view of the sea was simply amazing. The hotel has a lot of Russian-speaking staff, everyone is friendly and kind. The restaurant is large, there has always been a place to sit, the food is monotonous but delicious. There are refrigerators with water, coffee, drinks everywhere at any time. Local alcohol. Ice cream in unlimited quantities. A children's club for three, my son is 8 years old -did not go there at all, my daughter is 6 years old - went a couple of times. There is a small water park. 3 slides, the children were happy. The coastal area is small, but you could always find a sunbed. We were lucky with the sea, it was clean and warm. Every evening a children's show, then an adult, a children's show for three, the same thing every day ... 2 large pools. The territory is not very large, but it is beautiful. We liked the rest, the hotel, the sea. I advise you, you can go with the children.

We rested from 3.10 to 13.10. It's just.. The food is varied, lots of meat, fish, everything we like. The service is excellent. The staff is good, there are few Russian speakers, but they did an excellent job through an interpreter.. The rooms were cleaned every day, bed linen, towels are always clean, changed daily. Cleanliness on the territory, in the rooms, on the beach is 1000%. The territory is large and green. The cuisine is varied, everything is very tasty. Thanks for the rest. but there are also disadvantages:
1. we were accommodated in a room for three people, and there were four of us! as I understood it, they thought that a 6-year-old child would sleep with his parents on a large bed, and a 12-year-old would sleep separately. Later, a cot was brought.
2. Cleanliness. a foot towel was brought to us once every 3 days, and the next day it was taken away. according to my feelings, the floors were not washed or not thoroughly washed.
3. There was not much variety of drinks at the beach bar.

We spent 16 days with plague.
The sea is like in Greece, Halkidiki: clean, sand, warm, there was no wind at the same time, we swam for 2 hours. The beach is normal, the sunbeds are a little tired, but not critical.
The food is great, without the usual all-inclusive goofball. Everything is essentially high-quality. I often noticed the control service for dishes, fruits, and dishes.
Our norm was super cool, so it's going to be very subjective. But! Ventilation and air conditioning are ducted, I explain who is not fumbling: there is no narrowly directed jet of cold. Therefore, the cooling quality is at the VIP level, that is, at night, because the output is passed along the width of the entire ceiling.
Ala kart restaurants - you can walk around, but the usual canteen is not worse, the difference is that there are not many people, although we came in the front rows and did not sweat much.
Animation is common, children are given time, they can teach.
There is not a special children's club, do not count on it was not critical for us, because we are always together, without a children's bullpen)
Animation on the beach - who wants to find, there are no round dances asking and inviting.
Everything is also normal for water attractions, the equipment and the team are in good condition: they flew, rode, dived in all kinds, the prices are quite reasonable and not greedy.
Alcohol is common, cocktails are made perfectly, beer is not bad. But it's better to bring your own strong stuff, who appreciates it, although you can probably throw yourself at the locals)
The promenade is one of the best, the hotel is competently and richly built, we walked along the territory along the sea, then our legs fell off: there are a lot of places and slides in Naliya according to the differences)
The following summer (2025) has already been abandoned.

Nice hotel. But not for a quiet holiday. The hotel is big. The sea and the climate are amazing. The food is varied, the drinks are decent. The reception staff is generally amazing, they respond quickly to any question or request. At least in our case. The hotel grounds are well maintained, but not for hiking. The main building of the hotel is comfortably located, but you need to go uphill to the bungalow. Of course, you can wait for the buggies that are being delivered, but sometimes it takes up to 30 minutes, especially on arrival days. The beach is small, but there are enough sunbeds. The disadvantage of the beach is narrow, two rows of sun beds and a small passage between them. There are many Turks and Kazakhs in the hotel. It's very noisy around the pool, it's a little quieter on the shoreline. The air conditioning was working in our room, the room was comfortable, with a view of the sea. Overall, the rest went well. But we will not return to this hotel a second time.

We stayed at the Yasmin Bodrum Resort in June.
After reading various reviews, my family and I finally chose this resort and went on a trip at the beginning of summer.
I liked everything.
I'll start with the climate and the sea. The heat in Bodrum is comfortably tolerated. The sea is very beautiful. The beach was narrow, but there were enough sun beds for everyone. The shore on the hotel beach is different: partly sand, partly small pebbles.
There are also many guests at the pools. But we preferred the beach.
Now about the hotel. The territory is huge. We lived in the main building. Since the hotel is not new, there were questions about the economic part. For example, a clogged drain in the shower
Also, the lock in the bathroom did not work.
The safe was also broken. We called a hotel employee to solve the problem.
In general, this did not spoil the impression of the hotel. The view from the room is gorgeous. Cleaning was done every day.
Now about the Restaurant. There was enough of everything. Delicious.
If you come for 8 nights or more, you can go to one of the ala-kart restaurants.
Special thanks to the animators and organizers of the evening show. There were incredible programs every night. Just a delight. Greetings and thanks to animator Zhanna.
It's about the pros.
But there are still disadvantages. It was my birthday during my vacation period. We were hoping for surprises, as it happens in Turkey. But this is not the case here. My husband tried very hard to order something in the room, he contacted the reception several times. Bottom line: a plate of blackened bananas and rotten strawberries was brought to the room. And at the restaurant that we had booked for the evening, they brought a small cake, for which we had to pay 🤔
But, despite these moments, the holiday was wonderful.
Now about the guided tours. We chose one day to leave the hotel with an excursion from the hotel guide.
We bought a sightseeing tour of Bodrum on June 17th (from the Yasmin Hotel)
We DIDN'T like EVERYTHING.
The whole route is terribly organized.
My two children and I were picked up on time, but we were driven for three hours around Bodrum, gathering the whole group. We were driven to a souvenir shop, where we lost an hour of time.
Then we were transferred to another bus, which also caused inconvenience. The tour group was larger than the individual guide had promised.
At the hotel, when the guide described the tour to us, promised all the sights, we were driven past (I'm specifically talking about the Mausoleum in Halicarnassus).
The guide spoke very broken Russian, half of the information was not clear.
The driver refused to pick us up from where he had originally dropped us off. In the heat, we walked as a group to where it was convenient for the bus driver.
The promised yacht turned out to be just a longboat. Beautiful yachts were left in the photo of the hotel guide.
I can only say thank you to our escort Orhan. He tried to smooth out all the discontents, and there were a lot of them.
I consider it necessary for Fun&sun to apologize and compensate for the ruined day of rest.

It takes about 1.5 hours to get to the hotel.
Check-in (room): Checked in at 14:00, we booked a club room (not in the main building). Newly renovated, spacious, good mattress, sofa. We lived in one of the rooms on the upper level (the view is gorgeous), minus - it's hard to climb up on foot (a fairly steep uphill climb), but they constantly drive buggies (they never waited more than 5 minutes) Cons of the room: bad pillows and bad water leaked in the shower.
Food: Quite varied, an omelet with vegetables is prepared for breakfast on request, grilled fish (sea bass, dorado) was served every day for lunch and dinner, a large selection of chicken meat, a huge salad table). The minus that almost everyone writes about is dirty dishes and poorly cleaned tables (if you go to the beginning you will not encounter this). Alcohol: mediocre wine (for connoisseurs), excellent draft beer. We went to an Italian restaurant-not impressed, plus or minus the food from the main restaurant. The bar makes good cocktails, there was Jim Beam (for free).
Beach: there are not very many sunbeds with a convenient entrance to the sea, it is advisable to occupy them in the morning. There were no broken sun beds, the beach was clean, the garbage was cleaned promptly. The sea is cool enough, but you get used to it quickly, it's great for swimming). The only drawback is a small strip of pebbles at the entrance. The sea is very clear (blue flag), unusual shiny sand. You can feed the fish from the pier, there are a lot of them there.
Animation: very unobtrusive, there was live music in the evening, 2 Turkish women sang very well.
Infrastructure near the hotel: There is none, but the hotel has a shuttle service to Bodrum and shopping centers (15€ round trip), a taxi to Bodrum from 50€, it takes 30-40 minutes to drive.

In conclusion: the hotel is suitable for those who are from Alanya and want a green area with excellent sea and new locations, those who rent and go to locations and fish villages (tasty and beautiful), those who do not need the Internet. Thank you for the positive result. The rooms were next to each other on 2 floors. The view from the balcony is amazing. The rooms after renovation are clean and cozy, but with problems. We had a shower that wasn't working correctly. Cold water ran for a long time, then it could become sharply hot. The side of the shower is small, the water did not go well.On the last day, they overflowed the shores and a beach towel saved them in the hallway.In another room, the door broke down and they couldn't get into the room for a long time. It was good that there was a place to wait. And the whole experience was ruined by the room service. We are persistent and always called the reception desk to bring towels and replenish the mini bar. Each time they took 3 sets, they left 2. And one day, when they came from the beach, they did not find a single towel for their feet.We called 3 times, went to the reception and waited for 2 hours. They couldn't stand it, sent a video to a travel agent and asked to contact the management directly.We reacted immediately from that day on, we had 6 sets each.. We didn't have time to use it.It is not clear why they could not immediately do the work efficiently. The owners of the hotel have a huge plus, they are always in the hotel, you can see that they live there. We need a good manager who will build the staff. Although this is not the case everywhere. We were very satisfied with the hotel! We lived on the mountain in club rooms - the views are magnificent! We wouldn't want to live in the main building. The rooms are very uncomfortable there, all the noise from the evening shows is through the windows. Who with children will definitely not appreciate it.
The food is excellent, but I would like to note that the variety at breakfast is imaginary. There is a huge amount of cheese, but if a person does not eat cheese, he will have an omelette, pancakes and pastries to choose from. Fortunately, lunch starts early at 12 o'clock and often we did not have breakfast, but went straight to lunch - that's lunch and dinner really cool)))
The coffee is mostly tasteless, I had to drink it only in the lobby, there is more or less, but also not wow..
alcohol is local around the clock, the cocktail list is small, but there are still good cocktails))
The sea is clean, the views are magnificent, there is a place to walk around the hotel. The mini club for kids is very cool. My daughter went there every day for 3-4 hours; and at that time we swam either in the pools on the street; or in the indoor spa area with a hammam.
Great shows in the evenings, the host is very incendiary))
Room cleaning is not very high quality, every day we called and asked to replenish the mini bar. Moreover, keep in mind that if there is something left in the mini-bar, it will be supplemented for you, and not a full set will be brought. So put the half-drunk in the closet, otherwise you won't be questioned.
And another oddity: when we stopped in the bathroom there was a set of shampoo conditioner brush for one person. We asked and they brought us a lot of things, but it's unclear why the room wasn't prepared for this right away…
And also the room was for three, but there was bed linen for two, again they called the reception to bring the set and had to make the bed themselves.
The pools are not heated. In the last days of May, everyone shrank from entering it, almost no one swam, now in June it is already good, it manages to warm up.
The verdict is this: the hotel is great for its money. For a week of rest, 2 adults and a child of 5 years old, we had 180 thousand tours from Moscow.
We were very satisfied with everything. All the shortcomings that I wrote about above do not overshadow the overall favorable impression in any way)))

Advantages: nature and the sea
Then all the cons: We rested at the Yasmin Bodrum Resort hotel from July 27 to August 3, 2024.
Rooms: club room 1232, dirty doors, furniture is broken, dust, the refrigerator did not work, the TV remote control did not work, the corner of the tile in the bathroom was broken off so that when entering the shower you could cut your feet. (towels were changed every day, but they forgot to dust and floor ....)
Food: normal, ordinary without frills (not for a 5* hotel and Ultra all inclusive)
Bar: cocktails only in the lobby, otherwise beer gin and whiskey are local.
Staff: they didn't speak or didn't want to speak even English, they waved them off..the attitude is disgusting!
There is no background music anywhere.. there was a shortage of staff in restaurants, dirty tablecloths, tables were cleaned for a very long time, people had nowhere to sit..
The beach: dirty, sloping, it was not possible to lie there, they occupied places on the pier from early morning.
Although the hotel is positioned as a five-star UAI, in fact it does not correspond to this status at all. The only positive aspects are the beautiful nature around and the sea.
After reading the reviews about this hotel, we told our tour operator that we did not want to go there, but the tour operator, knowing the owners of the hotel, contacted them, they assured her that the reviews were old and untrue, in the end all the reviews were true, this hotel is 4* and not as stated 5.... We are disappointed and do not recommend it!

Of the advantages, the only one is the sea!
Everything else is one BIG MINUS!
To begin with, it takes almost 1.5 hours to get to the hotel, provided that you have an individual transfer. If you go with other tourists, be prepared for a 3-hour trip.
The hotel positions itself as 5 stars, I'm even sorry to give 4.
No one will offer you any velkom drink, they haven't even heard of it here.
They allegedly did the renovation in 2024, but in fact, the plumbing is old. The bathtub is leaking, the toilet is stained yellow, the sinks are not the first freshness. Call them by their proper names, please. This is not a complete renovation of the rooms, but a cosmetic renovation of the living quarters. Believe me, these are different things.
The hotel is large and not cozy, from the word "absolutely".
Kitchen for 3. There is almost no meat, sometimes fish, vegetables for dinner are not fresh, leftovers from breakfast, the waiters are not prompt, even if you call, they do not always fit, many do not know English, you had to explain on your fingers what you need.
The dishes are all chipped, also not the first freshness, sometimes poorly washed.
Cleaning is about nothing. I was in the room, a girl came in, wiped the shower with a mop, DID NOT WASH, but wiped it. And I wiped the whole room with the same mop. No other surface has been touched by it. That was the end of the cleaning.
There is no Internet, he stupidly throws it away every second. It's easier not to use it, otherwise, you can leave all your nerves here.
We signed up for Ala kart immediately upon check-in, came, and they gave us a table near the kitchen, from where the heat just comes, at our request to change the table to other available ones, the waiter refused.
Although during the reservation, not a word was said about preferences, and there was no question of choosing a table.
They didn't give us a table with a sea view because it was reserved for the hotel owner's parents. To my request to find out if they would definitely come, the answer was 1 million percent. As a result, we ate at another table, left, and when we returned 15 minutes later, we saw that the waiter was just assembling the table for which we asked. No one came. Such things.
A very big question for the hotel management is, WHY ARE YOU SAVING on your guests??? What's in the main kitchen, what's in the ala maps, you don't have a single extractor hood! After a shower, dressed up, we go to dinner, we all come back, having inhaled not fresh sea air, but smoke and a vat from your frying, we just sit in this smoke and suffocate, it's terribly simple!
About the program, it's the same thing every time. We don't go at all.
The pool is big and dirty, there is nothing at the bottom.
Fries and onion rings are hard and overcooked, honestly, I asked through a Google translator to fry twice as much for us. Again, the service staff does not know the language.
The pide is cooked for as long as if the meat is being boiled.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND the hotel TO ANYONE!

We usually fly away with a sad face from the hotel, but here we count the days so that we can fly away as soon as possible.

The hotel corresponds to the price/quality. We had a rest at the end of May in this one, it just opened after renovation. The food is varied, trout and steaks are served. The animation is also good. The staff is very polite and helpful, more than half of them are Russian speakers. The pools are clean but cool. The sea was cold, but the water was very clear. Live music in the evenings. (a trip for three cost 201000).

We had a vacation with our family in mid-September. There was a club room for 4 people. A very convenient buggy system, will be brought from the room to the reception and from the reception to the room. The room is spacious, each room has air conditioning and a TV. Wi-fi caught well, fell a little short on the beach, but it was uncritical. The large balcony overlooking the sea was very pleasant. Towels were changed every day. The sea is clean and warm. We mostly rested on the pier and in the boars. I really liked the boars, the service is from 10 to 18.00, a real pleasure. There are showers, toilets and changing rooms on the beach. The food is varied, there was always something to choose from. I was even surprised by the amount of different meat. It is meat, not semi-finished products. There was always grilled fish, very tasty. In my opinion, the food was very decent. The bar has good alcohol. During the day, you could have a snack at the snack bar. There are Turkish tortillas, pizza, burgers, onion rings. They also gave ice cream. Every evening there is live music and entertainment program. There was even a foam party. In general, I liked the hotel, the rest was a success!

This is definitely not a five star ultra hotel! The rooms are poorly cleaned. Ants in the room!!!The towels are full of holes. Beach towels are also terrible with stains and traces of rust. The range of dishes in the dining room (you can't call it a restaurant) is the most meager of all the five I've been to in Turkey. We have never managed to sit down at a clean table!!!!! It was always the tables that were not cleaned after someone! And then you run around looking for forks and spoons. There is essentially no beach, a narrow strip of small pebbles. THERE ARE NO FREE SUNBEDS AFTER 11.00!!!! The staff does not speak Russian at all, although there were no problems with this in other hotels. The end of August THE SEA IS COLD! There is no place to go outside the hotel, and even if there were, you would not want a very large height difference. Take a taxi to the nearest civilization in 20 minutes.

A great family hotel. Two adults and a 10-year-old child rested there from 06/29/2023 to 07/9/2023. I liked everything very much. The food and animation are on top. The staff responds very quickly to requests. Linen is changed every three days, towels are changed every day. The bar is replenished daily. Cocktails are normal. There are also disadvantages, this is room cleaning (because mostly young people work there) and the distance from the center of Bodrum. The sea is much colder than the Mediterranean. But the bay is very beautiful and the rooms on the mountain (ours was 1515) offer a magnificent view of the sea. I advise you to take an excursion to Dalyan, I have not seen such a Turkey yet. In general, we were delighted with our stay at this hotel and in Bodrum.

We were in early October, there were fewer people than in the summer, we lived in the main building. The room is renovated, the floors are unclear, some kind of uncomfortable. They cleaned every day, left water and carbonated drinks. The food is excellent, meat, fish, lots of fruits and vegetables every day. Of the cons, they were constantly looking for forks and dirty tablecloths. Turkish drinks are served in the main building, there is a small selection in the lobby bar on the street. It is a very beautiful place, the sea is cool, the coast is excellent. There is no place to go outside the hotel, so we will not go anymore, those who like to spend the whole day at the hotel will do.

We stayed at the hotel on 07/21/2024.
We arrived at the hotel at 11:30. Check-in at 14:00. While waiting for check-in to the room, you could eat from 12-00. When we were checked into the room and we entered it, there was dirt on the floor, the refrigerator was not a refrigerator, the door to the bathroom did not close. They said this at the reception. It's been 8 hours since it's all been resolved. I had to go to the reception 7 times.
The next day the room was not cleaned, although cleaning is every day. The refrigerator has not been refilled with drinks, although they should also be every day.
In the restaurant, when they asked to clear the table to sit down, they waited 15 minutes. But nothing happened. I just had to leave the restaurant.
Instead of resting, you solve problems every day. And the rest is much shorter in time .
Positive. Only a gorgeous sea and a nice pool.

The room is cleaned daily. Among the disadvantages: very noisy air conditioning, poorly washed dishes, few Russian speakers. There is nowhere to go outside the hotel, unless it is in Bodrum. The trip of 1.30 is. In general, everything is fine, all the disadvantages are covered by the gorgeous sea!
All alcohol and drinks in the bar are of good quality for free. I read below that it's paid, they're lying! The in-room bar is filled daily with soft drinks.

Who gave this hotel 5 stars?. Probably the worst hotel in Turkey I've been to. The price/quality does not match at all. The rooms don't even have the usual gels/lotions/shampoos. Everything is primitive and shabby, like in a 3-star hotel. In restaurants (the dining room is more suitable here) dirty dishes (plates, forks, spoons) There is no choice of dishes, eternal queues and the problem of finding a free table. When booking, it was stated that there is Wi-Fi in the rooms, which turned out to be a lie. There was no Internet connection. It was also stated that the hotel is after renovation. Maybe some rooms have been renovated, but ours has old plumbing and a broken shower. The only advantage of the hotel is the beautiful territory.
