The only advantage of the garden is that it is new, there is a swimming pool, and a good gym, and what kind of furniture is new, not killed. Everything about the administration is the same as everywhere else. As my friend said, where have you seen good garden managers? Definitely not here. The most important thing is the caregivers, if you are lucky with them, this is already 80% success.
