Nice place in downtown Yerevan.
Very polite staff
Quite atmosphere
A bit long waiting time for a dishes
Meals and whole menu is pretty good and original
Prices are bit overpriced and non understandable
Overall is recommended as place for a family evening one a year
everything we ate there was AMAZING, i loved the lamb the chicken the meat the mutabal, the feta greek salad is amazing!!! But it’s quite expensive and the portions were sort of fine, but you’d definitely need more food if you’re a big party
Incredible place, cosy and calm with fantastic local cuisine.
Meat, vegetables and local greens are unique. Very nice choice of wine and deserts.
Special thanks to very professional waiter Narek and the whole attentive and friendly team.
Definitely will come back! Highly recommended.
On the fourth day of my third visit to Yerevan, I was 99% disappointed in the local restaurants. Living in Pyatigorsk, I was already spoiled by the high taste standards of Caucasian cuisine, so the taste of food in Yerevan was normal, but definitely not at a high level. Plus, the authentic interiors with wooden chairs and antiques were not very pleasing. Yes. I also went to restaurants with European decorations, but either the taste of the food was not very good, or (and so most often) the high prices did not correspond to the slow speed of service and not very pleasant impressions. In general, I had already decided to eat in shawarma and burger joints so as not to waste money, as in search of an institution for an important meeting, I asked my friend the chef, who often visits Yerevan, where you can find a decent VIP booth and a more or less normal atmosphere of the proper level.
They immediately recommended this restaurant to me. Upon arriving there, I was immediately surprised by a pleasant meeting at the reception desk. Lily is beautiful. She was friendly, polite, and told me everything in detail. I made a reservation for a booth and ordered several table positions. And they didn't even take a deposit from me. Can you imagine? Just on trust. An hour and a half later, my guests and I were in the restaurant. Surprisingly, the lights were turned off in the restaurant, but we decided to stay anyway. Why? Interior. He immediately catches the eye. Very stylish and expensive. I'm always attentive to the little things. Furniture. Tablecloths. Instrumentation. Tableware. Napkins. Everything is at the highest level here. The toilet (agree - this is important) is perfectly clean, spacious and with amazing plumbing. And the smell of verbena in the hand soap is just Van love.
We sat down at the table. Everything was set up as we agreed. Several lamps were immediately brought to us. Therefore, the atmosphere was very romantic.
The cabin is very spacious. It's not even a cubicle. This is some kind of mini banquet hall in the best traditions of Four Seasons, Marriott, Rixos or other high-end hotels.
Meal. Amazing!!! It's just not to find fault. The salads are sooo fresh and incredibly delicious. The pitch is just a masterpiece. You can feel the class right away. And again, it's all about the little things.
Next, we wanted to order a barbecue, but since there was no light, we were told that this was not possible yet. But! The chef came out to us. He offered several options, but advised to wait half an hour in the hope that the light would be given. And if not, he said that he would solve everything anyway.
In general, while we finished the salads, the light was given. The barbecue was brought quickly. Is it delicious? Believe me. I live in the Caucasus and I know what the perfect barbecue is. So I had never eaten anything like this in Yerevan before. But at Yasaman, he exceeded expectations. The most tender meat and poultry, excellent serving and an ideal degree of cooking.
Then dessert. Baklava is the most delicate. And gata - just try it. You will fall in love immediately.
I often write reviews, but very rarely such detailed ones. You can check it out.
SO, I WANT EVERYONE TO KNOW ABOUT THIS RESTAURANT. Come. Believe me, if you invite your loved one on a date or bring a group of friends or business partners, you will not have to blush. You will enjoy this experience to the fullest!
Now, special thanks.
To our waiters Hovakim and Hovakim for their non-intrusive and highly professional service.
Lily (hostess) - for a smile and a first impression that immediately makes you fall in love with this place.
Aram - for the desire to please and the realization of all our wishes.
Karlen (chef) and his team - for understanding the true secrets of haute cuisine and bringing them to life.
Thank you. I bless you.
Prosper!
Very tasty!! The most delicious place in Yerevan! The crab kebab is soft and delicious. The kebab (chalagach) is super! The salad of baked vegetables is hot and fresh and very tasty. I saved the bomb. And they also made us a present in the form of apricot ice cream - it was amazing! I recommend it to everyone!
A good restaurant in the center of Yerevan. Lovely, helpful staff. We celebrated our wife's birthday and received a sudden but pleasant surprise from the restaurant. The only misunderstanding is that the menu is different from the restaurant in Sevan. Otherwise, everything is fine.
I was at a restaurant with friends. I was somewhat confused by the overall score of 5 for this restaurant. The food is really high quality, but this is the only advantage! I didn't see anything masterpiece in taste there. Dolma, lula, fish - everything is delicious, but nothing more! If you put dirty plates on it, which were on our table for half an evening, and the final bill, which shocked me, despite the significant discount on the regular customer's card, you will get only a three... The service for establishments of this level should correspond to the rating
We were with my mother in the summer in a much-praised restaurant, served a warm, not hot barbecue, dry meat, absolutely not tasty. It feels like Yerevan can't cope with such an influx of visitors, the service in the restaurant is so-so, we were alone, the waiter rarely came up, we had to wait a long time if we wanted to order something, and the table next to it was served more actively
We were disappointed, they do not know how to cook shish kebab in this restaurant, I do not recommend visiting the guests of the capital, if you want to eat a juicy shish kebab on coals, they will bring you a dry shish kebab on the grill or from an electric tandoor
Why are you rejecting the review???
A beautiful restaurant with a good interior, but the service is poor.
There were 6 of us, the food was carried for a long time and was not brought at the same time, which is why we could not start, because for a long time some of us did not have food in front of us.
Snacks were brought at the end, one was forgotten altogether and had to be reminded. The waiter, bringing the dishes, silently put them in the center of the table and left, apparently not remembering who ordered what, and did not even ask whose dish, we eventually sorted them out and rearranged them ourselves.
The food in general was delicious for everyone, but personally I was unlucky - the hashlama in the center seemed to be not completely defrosted, and the portion was small.
A beautiful restaurant. Very tasty. Polite staff. I do not advise ordering a barbecue, a very small portion, however, all other dishes are also served in small portions
A pleasant place, delicious salads, I recommend homemade lemonade, barbecue is well prepared.
Live music in the evening, the service is fast, I recommend it.
Two with a minus.
Friends recommended this restaurant to us. We wanted to celebrate the anniversary at this restaurant. We booked it in advance, we were warned that we would come to celebrate our birthday.
In the first 15 minutes, the waiter forgot about the order. Water was brought to the guests for about thirty minutes.
As a result, the birthday girl was congratulated in the wardrobe.
And the beef cheeks turned out to be an "old sole". The cook is weak.
I do not recommend this place.
The most delicious place in Yerevan.
We tried pide, lamajo in the oven, chicken, goose dolma, tabouleh, crab kebab, vegetable kebab, potato kebab. Everything was divinely delicious!
I recommend.
And what kind of service is here.. Like in the best Michelin-starred restaurants.
Everything is on the level.
A beautiful ordinary restaurant, but perhaps the only one visited during the trip that you do not want to return to. Let's go to it because it's the only place in Yerevan where you can try crayfish meat, and the kebab is really interesting, you have to try it. And the rest is meat, soups, and most importantly, the service is so smooth and not expensive, without a soul, unlike many other places in the city.
We celebrated the birthday of my mother, who came to Yerevan for only two days. We were very satisfied: everything was delicious, the service was at the highest level (waiter Mountains), the interior and musical accompaniment are very pleasant. Only tabouleh was sour. For six people with several types of snacks, two bottles of champagne, salads and main dishes, it was 96 to AMD. They ate their fill and left in a great mood. Thanks!
A place for an esthetic evening in the city center in a quiet place where you can meet not only tourists but also many locals! A very interesting presentation, delicious cuisine and a chic interior
yesterday, on August 29, they had : Iron rubber chicken : (it is impossible to eat + not even cut with a knife. The cook came and said it was okay. Is that okay? The village chicken is like this :) is it not edible? and everyone doesn't care about 7800 drams! I will NEVER go to this diner AGAIN. There was 1 of my favorite restaurants.
There is nothing particularly bad to say, but there is little good either:/
a portion of shish kebab is microscopic and very expensive. The soups are good, I liked it. Baklava was average. The interior is beautiful, there's nothing to say - stylish, atmospheric, but it doesn't make the food any better
Unfortunately, the disappointment is that there is no attention to detail, which you expect in restaurants of this level (such as cleaning up empty dishes), there is no interest in feedback from the guest.
I ordered veal tartare, I was able to eat 20-25 percent - a lot of vinegar and fresh cucumbers, cut large enough for tartare, the meat itself was also chopped into quite large pieces, so it was difficult to chew (which is expected from raw meat if it is not scrolled or chopped thinly). In short, it feels like you're not eating tartare, but a very sour salad with meat.
At first, the waiter did not seem to notice the plate set aside, asked to remove it (I see how they react), but alas, they just silently removed it, they did not want to ask if everything was okay with the dish, since the guest left it for 3/4.
When closing the account, no one asked if they liked everything either.
The restaurant looks very respectable and at the same time modern and stylish. On Monday evening, there was almost a full boarding, but we easily found a table without reservation. The menu is in Armenian, English and Russian.
I ordered a lamb kebab, and it was the most tender and delicious lamb in Yerevan that I have tasted.
A large banquet was held in the next room, perhaps because of it, some positions were carried to us for a very long time. But the waiters apologized many times and brought snacks and desserts as a gift. As a result, the restaurant left a great impression.
Very tasty and not expensive cuisine! The first tolma that I liked in Yerevan) Of the dishes that we tried (lamb chops (only these are cutlets with mashed potatoes), tartar, omelet, tolma - everything is sooo! Plus not expensive lemonades🤗
Polite and pleasant staff and live music in the evenings, I recommend it)
Stylish, delicious and conveniently located restaurant with national and European cuisine - highly recommended - visited at the end of April - had fun.
Delicious. But 2 times they brought everything * to the table*, although different people ordered, and did not explain anything. It's beautiful and delicious, but I want better service.
The signature dessert is very tasty , but this time they brought halva , which was hard and poorly heated . Everything else is super , so I don 't take off the star
The bomb! Cuisine, atmosphere, serving and service. Everything is good and delicious. The visually open kitchen allows you to immerse yourself in the process. I recommend a kebab made of cancerous necks
He was poisoned. The same place in Sevan is a bomb, and in Yerevan there is a service for 1 (they brought hot food and salads in a crowd, left them on the table, as in a canteen), the attitude, as if I went into debt to ask the guys
Delicious as in childhood, "warm" as at home. A wonderful restaurant with national cuisine. A great atmosphere accompanied by a piano creates an amazing atmosphere. I recommend it to everyone.
the most favorite restaurant in the city. spacious, atmospheric, the dishes are very tasty, the prices are super, the staff is always polite. BE SURE TO TRY THE WARM HALVA WITH ICE CREAM FOR DESSERT!!! you won't find this anywhere else, it's a little gem of this restaurant.
Very tasty, Armenian-style hospitality! The service is at the highest level. The atmosphere is as pleasant as possible, I highly recommend visiting. Dolma is one of the best:)
A cozy large restaurant. Delicious. The prices are slightly higher than those of establishments of this level.
I advise you to try Lamajo and kharcho.
Everyone praises halva ice cream, but the portion is microscopic and the serving is... so-so
Ordered
- salad with shrimps and asparagus, the shrimps are over-salted.
-zhingyalov hatz , it felt like it was just warmed up and served , and not cooked right away
- the cut is homemade, it's hard to spoil, it was delicious
- kaurma, very tasty, salt is fine
Beautiful design in a classic style. The service is fast, but the food is average. The prices are high.
The audience is mostly families and middle-aged people.
In the price-quality ratio, I did not like it, we will not go any more
I advise you! Very tasty, especially baked eggplant with tomatoes and cheese. The portions are very large, but it seems to be the case in all restaurants in Yerevan. Very attentive staff, even made us a present, which is very nice. But we ate so much that we didn 't have time for dessert . I definitely recommend it
We decided to visit this restaurant on the advice of many.
Plus: a beautiful place
Minus: there is simply no service. I was ready to personally carry the dirty dishes to the kitchen. To call the waiter, you also need to make an effort.
The mood is spoiled.
Tea is also included. What is the reason for that?
I do not recommend this place.
The kitchen as a whole is not bad, but the barbecue is over-dried. The menu was waited for half an hour, no one came up. I booked a table in advance, they gave us the most uncomfortable place on the aisle, we were always touched by people passing by. The table was not set for food (no salt and napkins), and the waitress did not put any of this. The account included positions that we did not take. The waitress said, "Oh, and I didn't even look." Not all the money was returned. And very noisy.
