When buying a product, everything is generally good and "bright", but ..... Until you re-apply with the product of inadequate quality. During the year, I changed three identical (one article) frames. Very quickly, the coating began to peel off the frame. The first frame was changed, but at the same time they imposed claims on me that this is a feature of my body (allegedly the head sweats at the temples, so the frame began to climb). The second frame just broke - I had to buy the same one (I didn't want to change almost new lenses. The third one a few months later ... I started to climb. The seller's answer is that you will buy the same frame from us with a 40% discount. The question is, why do I need your frame of inadequate quality? When I suggested an option to make a discount on both the frame and the lenses of the new article, the seller kindly said that she would talk to the management and disappeared! No reply, no greetings. Claims are not to the seller, but to the management - they establish their own rules and guarantees that are beneficial only to themselves. Alas, my two daughters, my grandmother and I are moving to another optics salon. I hope the review will be useful for someone and will influence the choice of other buyers.
