A very cool candy store. I love coming and steaming here. You can find everything that is required for cooking by a pastry chef both at home and at work.
There is a favorite seller, a dark-haired, pleasant lady, very respectful to customers and always tells you what to use and how.
There is another, unpleasant person who is rude without noticing it. When I see that she is working, I turn around and leave, it is very impossible to be serviced by her.

The store is not bad. But if you follow the list from the pastry chef, then no one will help you. And they will not communicate with you though. And then in the evening, when you open your purchases, you find out that you were given something completely wrong. The assortment on the website differs from the availability in the store.

I used to see really arrogant clients, but after them I would lose my mood myself. You come in on the positive side and people reach out to you. The seller does not have to please everyone with a Christmas tree.

When contacting the seller in the hope of some kind of advice or help, you get a monosyllabic answer. The desire to come here again has disappeared and is unlikely to return.

I thought that there was a pastry shop even closer to home, but because of the saleswoman, the desire to go there disappears. A constantly arrogant look, with all her appearance shows how "great" it is for her to work here, when you ask for something, she pretends that she was forced to circumvent the entire planet. In my opinion, the person behind the cash register plays a very important role in the number of sales. I'd rather drive on, but I won't come in here anymore. I 've been there twice and felt belittled twice ☺️
