There are no comments about the program and music, but I would like to share about the cuisine and service.The service in the establishment was zero points, no one changed the dirty plates, we had to look for waiters when they were not in the hall, the plates had to be changed several times; regarding the kitchen: one portion of salad was missing, we let it go.We ordered 35 portions of hot portioned food + 1 portion of diet (vegetables + fish). Instead of fish and vegetables, they brought three boiled potatoes and a piece of tough, leathery chicken. I turned to the waiter, he said that there would be no fish and vegetables, they didn't have time for a lot of people.35 hot servings were served with hard meat and burnt, partially half-cooked potato slices.There are no complaints about the general hot dish, except for hard lavash with suluguni.When I was leaving for home, a young man from the staff asked me how it went, and I told him frankly, just like I did with you.There are enough impressions about the "restaurant" for a whole year!!!!

We were served a table for 29 people in the common room behind the partition.
On this day, the hall was 100% full, because besides us there were companies that celebrated weddings and birthdays.
In such heat, when it was +35 outside!!, the air conditioners did not work.
Because there were only two installed, one of which, according to the administrator, was broken, and the second, due to placement directly above the table of one of the companies, was turned up towards the bar and, of course, with its own I couldn't cope with the task for such an area. The room was very stuffy and people constantly had to go outside to recover a little and not lose consciousness.
In the kitchen, in general, the output of dishes (snacks, salads) is quite impressive, the beef tongue was delicious, but the cloudy jelly was very surprised (this had never been seen anywhere before).
But absolutely all any good impression was crossed out by the first hot one in the form of pork steak with mushroom sauce.
None of the guests, including me, could have expected that the steak, in the understanding of the chef of this restaurant, would be boiled pork meat with an incomprehensible sauce.
If it was meat that was not beef or veal, which have a specific taste, then it is unclear how long this pork lay and under what conditions it was stored, because soaked stewed or boiled meat was with a clear "smell", the smell appeared as soon as the first piece began to be cut off.
Many guests began to wonder, the closest and friends openly stated that the dish was definitely not fresh.
When I asked why the steak is boiled and why it is meat with a smell, the administrator explained that they cook it using this technology, and the sauce is crushed to such a state that the mushrooms are not visible. After I had heard feedback from the guests about this hot dish for several more days, I felt it necessary to leave my feedback in the book of comments and suggestions, however, instead of the administrator apologizing for the ruined evening, she tried to argue with me and claim that only our table did not like it.
The waiter service and the program do not raise any questions. Well done.
In conclusion, I really want in the future a restaurant that loudly positions itself as "bourgeois, with an individual approach to each guest" to learn to admit its mistakes and bring elementary words of apology, to revise its menu, name and cooking technology so that they correspond to the level of the restaurant. Reputation is everything!

We celebrated our birthday on 19.01.2024 at the YAR restaurant. The place is renovated, it looks good, but it's a bit difficult to call its concept in the style of "bourgeois". Many of our guests did not like the guard (older) who replaced the one who greeted us (a big positive person). He was clinging to something all the time and was angry. You need to be careful in the women's bathroom, the step is just a nightmare. I didn't notice and there will be trouble.
We had a good rest overall. There were 4 banquets in the hall. There were enough places on the dance floor for everyone. Entertainment program: the girl with the violin and Alexander Voronishche (brought the guests to the fullest). Live music is a little weak, a DJ will do.
Kitchen. Many dishes were delicious: appetizers (bruschetta with salmon and avocado, tartlet with cottage cheese and shrimp, ham rolls and eggplant, grilled vegetables).
But there are comments: the aspic was not served immediately with snacks, but after a long time and only after we approached the director of the institution Olga with a question: "Was there aspic in the order? And when will it be served?" The tongue was delicious, but the aspic itself was cloudy and did not look presentable.
Literally immediately after the aspic was served, the hot was served. This begs the question: "Would the guests already need aspic in this case?"
Pork steak. All the guests were very surprised to see this dish. Boiled pork, cooked in a convection oven and therefore with warmed edges with a small amount of mushroom sauce. It is, of course, soft, but this dish is certainly not a restaurant dish. It is a pity that the cooking process of this dish was not specified when ordering.
The fruits were served after 23-00, when many guests had already left. And after them, olives, olives, and lemon were served. A very interesting approach. Lemon would go well with cognac, which was already drunk at that time. Olives and olives belong to cold appetizers.
We really hope that it will be better next time!
