I really love the Japanese Ham network, I often order sets and sometimes visit the branch on Shevchenko. This assessment is unfortunately for the branch on Bahodyr Street. I ran in for an urgent snack and coffee. I asked what would be faster rolls or a sandwich, they replied that the sandwich would be cooked quickly. The coffee arrived almost immediately. I drank coffee and waited. In total, I waited 20 minutes, they said that the sandwich would be ready in another 5 minutes. Of course, the workload of the kitchen is possible, but cooking a sandwich for 25 minutes is too much. I told the manager that such a long serving of a sandwich is unacceptable. The manager said she would send it to the kitchen. The waiter said he would pack it with him. I couldn't wait another 5 minutes, so I asked to close the account. The account was closed, and a sandwich was included in it, which I did not receive.
The establishment itself is good, but the situation is sad. I am not a conflicted person, I do not swear and I understand the problems of institutions. But leaving a sandwich on the bill without feeding the visitor is a very wrong decision.

A typical eatery. The floor is tiled in gray so that the dirty floor does not seem so dirty. It looks like the cleaning lady rarely goes there. The tables are wobbly and napkins are placed under each, as dirty as the floor, apparently they have become one. There are splatter marks from soy sauce on the walls, it's disgusting. If you still came there, then do not look at the baseboard at the table, so as not to spoil your appetite. The room is small and stuffy, the air conditioner works only at the entrance. The sofas are low, the pillows under the back are half empty. We were sitting in tension, there was no question of comfort. The portions are smaller than in other branches, and there are also fewer fish than usual. Plastic tableware! Even tea cups! The only thing worse than this is paper cups, you have a lot to strive for! I will never go there a second time. I highly do not recommend this place for people to visit, but I urge SES employees to visit it.

And most importantly, I had to go to the hostess for the bill, because the waiters were unknown where, and pay the bill myself at the checkout.
I did not come to this institution for that experience, I highly do not recommend visiting it.

Всегда и везде японамама меня радует, вкусно, сытно, всё свежее, отличное обслуживание, приятная музыка, ну вот что ещё надо, лиж бы открыто было и свободные столики! 5 из 5, советую, друзья!
Суши, роллы, супчики, салаты. Еда вкусная, цены по сравнению с большинством других суши-баров в Ташкенте у этой сети низкие. Персонал приятный, вежливый, атмосфера в целом тихая и приятная, в интерьере ничего не запомнилось, но ничего и не шокировало. удобный бот для заказа и доставки (правда не всегда работает как надо), но думаю поправят, мне после оформления заказа в боте приходилось потом все делать заново по телефону. В целом рекомендую, по сушам в Ташкенте они наверное на первом месте.

Очень приятное и аккуратное место, которое предоставляет доступ к азиатской кухне в условиях отсутствия морей и океанов у страны.
Цены ниже схожих мест в Москве. Однако, качество ингредиентов так же ниже. Понимаю, что это едва достижимо в условиях таких далеких поставок и логистики
Попробовал филадельфию и мне показалось, что лосось ну совсем никакой. Вам могут понравиться запеченые версии ролов.
А еще тут прекрасный хлеб с соусом тар-тар. Обязательно возьмите.
Итог: Не самое крутое и, пожалуй, дешевое из того, что я ел. Но с учетом всех условий нашей страны: вполне себе неплохо. Иностранцам советую!

Супы: том ям - неплох, пока лучший, что мы пробовали в Ташкенте. Фо бо - скорее нечто похожее на знаменитый вьетнамский суп, но вполне съедобно.
Курица в панировке: очень много масла, но порция большая и, если закрыть глаза на жирность, вкусно.
Чай: взяли марокканский - это сладкая вода с редкими вкраплениями чая, специй и фруктов. Если любите марокканский чай - не берите, разочаруетесь.
По итогу: 3,5 из 5.
К сожалению, в Ташкенте очень низкая конкуренция среди подобных заведений - результат на лицо.

Очень Рекомендую! Всё очень вкусно - и том ям, и сёгун кара, и гохан тонику, и роллы филадельфия (кто-то писал, что рыба в них не соленая, согласна, но от этого они не стали хуже). Потрясающие десерты - моти, шоко роллы, лаки роллы. Уходили и брали ещё по две порции с собой. Официант Александр отзывчивый и приятный. Советую заведение!
Оооочень вкусный кофе! ☺️ Спокойное место, чтобы посидеть, отдохнуть, пообщаться. Еда вкусная, ассортимент богатый, готовят быстро, можно заказать с собой. Персонал предупредительный и ненавязчивый. Бывают акции и подарки по праздникам, что приятно.
Вкусно готовят но девушка при входе грубая не умеет приятно отказать когда ресторан полный и нет свободного стола ( это возле Некст)

5.07.2022 сходила поужинать в Япона мама Сеул (Адрес: Яккасарайский район, ул. Баходыра, 2)
Заказала Мисо суп и мини сет запечённых роллов (Цена сета 108.000, Цена Мисо супа 32.000)
Так в итоге заработала отправление с интоксикацией. Рвёт во всю, диарея и температура 38.2 (извините за подробности).
До последнего верила что готовят на совесть.
Всегда нравилось заведение. Теперь разочарована..
Очень, очень, очень вкусные роллы. Готова есть их постоянно. Вежливый персонал. Нравится их рабочая форма, стильные кимоно (хочу себе такое же). Интерьер современный, с красивыми рисунками на стенах. А подача блюд бесподобна. Обязательно вернусь
