There are no complaints about sushi and rolls from Japanese mom, everything is very tasty, the cuisine is wonderful. But the playground on the second floor was made with an hourly fee (30t per hour). Which is very sad. Previously, children's birthdays were constantly celebrated there, children enjoyed playing on the playground, now the cost of the playground for the duration of the banquet for all children is half the cost of meals. Despite the fact that the playground is very small and the cost of staying for three hours comes out as the cost for the whole day on large playgrounds in the shopping center. For this, a minus point. We didn't think through this moment.

One day I visited this sushi bar with a group of friends. Unfortunately, we are faced with an unpleasant situation. We were not warned at the time of booking that they would not be able to put us at the same table, and they wanted to divide us into two groups. When we objected, the staff showed impoliteness and discontent. This ruined our mood and the impression of the visit.
But this was the only incident that happened quite a long time ago. Since then, I have not noticed any problems with the service. I hope that this was an accidental glitch, and that the administration has taken measures to improve the quality of work. I still remain a regular customer of Japanese mom and wish them success and prosperity.

I am extremely dissatisfied with this institution! I always thought they were delicious and the price tag was good!But just a couple of days ago I ordered a Yamamoto set for delivery! And all the ppts covered me ..the next day after drinking, I started chilling in the evening , the temperature rose to 39 and did not drop for 3 days, wild diarrhea has been like 5 days, I do not know what will happen next ..they wanted to take me to an infectious disease clinic , now I 'm lying under ivs and antibiotics ..it's not easier yet ( the condition is as if a tractor drove towards me (sleepless nights, I haven't eaten anything except rice for 5 days on sick leave..so now, before you order something from them, think about what it might cost you!

We ordered two soups, brought one, bread with tartar sauce is cold, the floor is baked cold, the soup noodles from the children's menu are cloudy, dill in one huge piece caused a gag reflex in the child, the salad was brought at the end when everything was already eaten and it was not necessary at all. The waiter did not come up after the remark anymore, some other people came up. Of all, only Tom yam and French fries are normal. In short, we used to come here with pleasure, because of the delicious cuisine, service and playground. Now, thank God, there are a lot of places with playgrounds and delicious food, plus with normal service. If suddenly the management reads the reviews, take into account the review. It's not for nothing that I wrote this sheet.

Now we are trying to fix this, and we always congratulate you on March 8 and on your birthday separately. Such a coincidence should only be positive. But Japanamama doesn't think so. The promotion that is valid for birthday parties does not work on March 8th. And it's not the money that's the problem, but the fact itself.
It is very unpleasant and insulting for my mother, who is, as it were, deprived of the fact that she was born on March 8th. I think it's an absolutely stupid decision by managers to turn off such promotions for the holidays. It humiliates and belittles people born on these dates...
