The restaurant is clean and tidy, it is light enough, the music and surroundings correspond to the theme.10/10 The menu was brought immediately and the generally polite staff was in sight so that you could place an order when you had already chosen something. The drink was made quickly, the main course was not the simplest (I don't remember the name exactly, pork, poultry and mushrooms in batter and with sauces) and it was only cooked for about half an hour, a little later they carried the dish ordered with them. 10/10 Everything was hot and fragrant, the meat was tender and juicy, I rarely like mushrooms, but these came out great. 10/10 The sauces were sweet chili (not spicy at all for me, maybe it was worth clarifying if there was any sharper), tartar (not bad) and some new for me (similar to hoisin, but it didn't come to me, just not mine). 8/10 The milkshake was too sweet for me (as it often happens, because I like it to be less sweet), but overall 8/10. I ordered ribs in hot sauce with me, which, as it turned out, were just a bomb! I love ribs and I always try them everywhere, but these are just something! 100/10

The Yangtze Restaurant in Minsk left me with extremely positive impressions. Delicious dinners. The service was at a high level: the waiters were polite, attentive, helped with the selection of dishes, the atmosphere was cozy, the interior and live music on the terrace added a pleasant flavor. The "liquid dal" salad has a mountain of cucumbers inside, cold beef on top and a Mega strange sauce, it is sour, spicy and bitter. Everything inside burns and is simply impossible. The soup is spicy with beef, even the guy couldn't eat it, because there was a strange sharpness, and he likes spicy. It wasn't even spicy here, but it burned and interrupted all the other ingredients. Some pancakes, everyone liked them, but we didn't finish them. And the king of the evening is rulka. I'm sorry, but it's necessary to try to spoil the steering wheel like that. They just cut the meat, dipped it in flour and fried it. Moreover, there are no spices at all and no taste either, except flour on the teeth. It just upset me incredibly much. We remembered this trip for the rest of our lives 😀😀 The tea is delicious, anyway. Chinese tea is one of the best in the world)

Very pleasant impressions! Cozy atmosphere (8 large tables, decorations). A wide variety of dishes (we couldn't find regular noodles here). We decided not to tempt ourselves with exoticism - we ordered a set that included Peking salad, beef on a roaster, rice, "oriental mystery" and natural grapefruit lemonade. At first we were afraid that the beef would be tough, but in fact it turned out to be the most delicate in structure and we really liked it. Chinese salads are always delicious to me. The "Oriental riddle" is something unusual - it tastes like chicken in batter, but it's too far for any nuggets. For dessert, we ordered bananas in caramel - it's very tasty, but for me it's too much butter - I can't eat much - I think next time I'll order cheese in caramel. (! Caramel is hot - CAREFULLY - you need to dip the pieces into the water that they bring) We did not wait long for the order, at a price of 83 rubles in February 2023. There are dishes both spicy and without pepper. For those who like to eat a lot, multiply our price tag by two. The portions are large - we ordered one set for two - we had enough with our heads. We recommend it! 5/5.

The waitresses have little understanding of what is happening around them, do not understand the difference between a preliminary bill and a cash receipt, and bring the main course before the appetizer, contrary to the seemingly agreed-upon order of serving. I understood the secret of the scallop dish - each shell-shaped saucer should, as it turns out, contain the declared clam in the singular - a couple of grams (a total of 6 pieces), but if it is not there, then you can replace it with a piece of some kind of squid tentacle (contrary to the name and description) and, having covered it with funchose, squeeze out the canned garlic paste of a natural brown color from above (it's from above, what to be shy about - they have the same Chinese charm, probably from a tube). The price will make you smile - try it and tell me your opinion! I ate funchosa and 5 pieces of tentacles, dreaming of the declared scallops, so the score is not 1. I didn't have enough strength to squeeze canned garlic out of a plastic bottle, I had to rake it with a fork in this restaurant.

We went here today. Not only were the prices 1.5 times higher than indicated on the website and on Instagram, but the food itself was not as tasty. The rice and tea were good, but the whole taste of the meat was overpowered by the breadcrumbs. The meat also feels like it's being taken from cheaper and greasier parts. It was very disappointing, they left the amount much more than they expected, while they left hungry because it was impossible to finish the dishes.

We chose one of the top dishes, ham. They brought a dish on a gas burner, it was cooking, splashing and scaring when we were there. We ate it and it turned out to be not tasty, a lot of bones and skin, which is not pleasant to eat, tasteless. They also took pork in sweet and sour sauce: there was almost no pork, there was too much sauce and it was not pleasant. The rice noodles are delicious. Citrus tea with ginger is delicious. P.S. when one Chinese man came in and ate very appetising and loudly, they trusted his taste, in vain!

The staff is well trained. Don't go!

But it was cool!!!! And the fat on the second dish has already caught on. But dessert took forever to be served, and after two reminders to the waiters. The answer was "they're making hot food for the guests now, dessert later." When I said I refused, they brought it right away. We took caramelized bananas. So it feels like it's not a banana, but some kind of starch mass. If you see a 5* rating here, then know that the person who left the review received free coffee (see the photo, this ad is on every table in the restaurant). Nearby, people were also swearing and asking the administrator. The administrator never came out. The waiter's response is "he's busy." Such establishments should not exist.

This is a really good restaurant, with chefs from the northeastern province of China. In my opinion, the best cuisine in China!!! It is worth noting that the restaurant is located in the center of Minsk, it is convenient to get from anywhere in Minsk, there is delivery!
