This year, the company decided to unilaterally postpone the service period for more than six months, under the threat that the contract would be terminated. At the same time, leaving the cost the same as for maintenance once a year. It was not possible to resolve the issue through negotiations, the specialist replied that he did not care about the terms of the contract, it was inconvenient for them to service the boiler on time anymore and now they would only serve at a time that was convenient for them.
