I was planning to celebrate my anniversary and decided that I should look very dignified at this holiday.
I decided to use the services of this salon (manicure, makeup, hairstyle) as the works presented on Instagram were really good.
That day, I was spinning like a squirrel in a wheel and realized that I might be late for the scheduled time, so I dialed the number in advance and warned that I might be delayed for a while. Which, however, happened.
Master Yanina greeted me in a friendly manner and the first thing we did was get a manicure. I expressed my wishes and the master immediately got down to business. I was satisfied with the manicure.
The next service is makeup. I had never done makeup before, but I wanted to look beautiful, so I expressed my wishes and said that I would completely trust the master, seeing what kind of work she does. We also discussed everything about the hairstyle in advance.
Everything would be fine, but the master said that I would see the result only at the very end of the work, along with the hairstyle.
I sat as if spellbound.
When it came time to see the result, I was shocked: my face was yellow, my eyes were looking down somewhere, my lips were crookedly painted, instead of a "live" hairstyle on my head, there was a rough shock of hair drenched with varnish.
That's what I said. : that I look much younger without makeup and such a hairstyle and that I have a lot of wrinkles thanks to the makeup I've done.
The mood was ruined.
I pointed out the mistakes, the master managed to correct some of them, besides, guests were already waiting for me and I had no choice but to run to my anniversary in this form.
Those who see me more often were amazed by my "transformation" and said that in this form I look 20 years older.
I tried to discuss this issue with the master and negotiate compensation in a human way, but this conversation did not lead to anything - no one heard me, indicating that the entire range of services was performed.
The question is, how was it executed?
I asked for one thing, but I got something completely different!!!
