I have been living in this house for almost a year, the area is quiet. 3 stars maximum for these apartments, for several reasons:
1. problems with renovation in apartments
2. problems with heating
3. poor-quality cleaning of elevators and stairs
4. Unlike other houses, there is no supermarket in this one, not downstairs, not in the vicinity
