The cost of the trip came out to 20,000 soums, and he demanded to pay 28,000 soums, showing this amount on his phone. I refused to pay and paid the amount displayed on my phone. I immediately contacted the support service. They wrote to me that the driver had overcharged and provided 8000 with a promo code for the next trip. They also wrote that they would warn this driver and, if such a case happened again, they would block access to the service altogether. I was very pleased that the support service works so efficiently and responds quickly. Dear users, please be vigilant against unscrupulous drivers.
Today I ordered a taxi for my mother, an elderly man, who also has a cast on her arm at the moment. I paid by card, for a moment the tariffs are now increased several times due to the weather. Upon reaching the place, the driver took the cash payment from her. She did not understand the situation and voluntarily paid.
Having found out this, I called the driver at the number indicated in the service. In response, he said that Yandex taxi does not work at all. I contacted the support service, they replied that if we voluntarily gave the money in cash, they could not do anything.😠
There are pros and unfortunately cons that need to be eliminated. Plus: quick response to an order. Disadvantages: many drivers are poorly oriented around the city, do not monitor the cleanliness and freshness in the cabin, refuse to accept payment from plastic cards (recently). The prices are quite high. Unscrupulous drivers were caught twice, who took off a plastic card and also asked to pay in cash.

The car is supposedly already waiting on the screen, even the SMS has arrived. I'm calling to find out where the driver is, he tells me, instead of the specified tariff of 135 thousand soums, pay 200 thousand, then I'll take you. Wow, cancel, call another car. It 's the same with the second one . OK, I changed the level of the car, so the third car is an impudent face, a boor. He was on my speakerphone, and the kids were nearby. He swore at me and sent me away. Aww, Yandex in Uzbekistan. Is it nominally???? And, alas, I spoke politely in Uzbek. But it's such an unpleasant aftertaste, an inconvenience. Then why would Yandex taxi even work in Uzbekistan? 50% are normal, and 50% are arrogant. Not for the first time!!!. It's the same in the city of Tashkent itself. When asked by the driver why he accepts the order, he lets spew like that. And such freaks serve clients with families and children.
And I want to note that I called the support service of Yanlex partner in Uzbekistan. It's all useless. At 5 minutes, I was already first in line, hung on the wire until 23 minutes, already being in another car on the way home, I hung up on myself. Because how is it possible to hang for at least 18 minutes, but first in line. Just a boorish attitude towards customers. And yes, most importantly, a message comes later, write to support, take the time and state the facts. I will not be lazy this time, I will attach it. All screenshots. And I will definitely write a complaint to the Russian Yandex taxi service!!! Remove the Yandex taxi service in the mountains. What kind of local diaspora of taxi drivers is there? I linked the card to Yandex, a visitor arrived and asked to cancel the payment by card. I canceled, after which they immediately withdrew money for canceling the taxi, my complaint is that there was no warning that money would be withdrawn from you for canceling the car...
The application is very convenient and of good quality, but the service in Business Class needs to be improved, there are many gaps, but the remark is always corrected on time

I have a problem with payment today, recently there was an order from the comfort tariff with increased demand +1000sum and the length of the trip was 11km. As a result, the amount was 17300sum, now we count arithmetically 6000+1000+13000 (1km for free remains 10km) =20000sum and I asked this question to the technical support of easy taxi in Tashkent and they are not here they only deal with their fellow percentages and that's it, now if I didn't notice everything went unnoticed and besides, some customers have a huge discount and this discount should be paid by the driver
The service is in decline. In severe decline. Gradations do not correspond to cars. The drivers do not know the routes or the communication of any service in general. Bring back normal drivers.
Not only do they not issue receipts in the application about completed trips, but also reports with an underestimated cost of the trip. How to report for a business trip is unclear, a mess in one word. And the support is just a circus: they turn the arrows on each other. I'm deleting the app!
I use it all the time! If something is wrong, support is available 24/7. I recently forgot my bag in the taxi.
