Nice beach, clean, sandy...There are very few stones in the water. Barbecues, gazebos, sun beds, 2 small pools - all free of charge when paying for admission. Paid Parking - 500 tenge per car.There is a cafe. Yes, I had to arrive at 9 a.m., and then we were already 10 by car.

I do not recommend it. The beach is mixed with broken bricks, there are very few sunbeds and everyone is occupied by someone who, apparently, has gone away for the whole day.swimming is a below average pleasure. Jet skis are constantly driving, the smell of gasoline, the water was dirty (pieces of napkins or toilet paper were floating). The pools have dirty water.

Disgusting. So, in order:
1. Check-in. The lock at the door of the bungalow is broken, it was repaired in front of us, not allowing us to settle in the room. The "lock master" suggested that we broke it before we could get to the room. In general, the entire staff behaves as if they are working for the last day, and tomorrow is armageddon, they have no desire to fill customers.
2. There is no beach! The water is gone, the clay. You go deeper, your foot gets stuck in mud with algae. It smells like a swamp. But maybe this is not a problem of the hotel itself, but of the entire lake? I don't know for sure. And they won't give you big beach towels.
3. Room for 28,000 family 4-bed. 2 beds with old cotton mattresses, 2 pieces per bed, oh my God! Under the mattresses, some rigid elements rest against the ribs. The room is cramped, there is no TV! Family and no TV, are you laughing???
4. 2 portable low plastic pools 10 meters long. Did not work!!!
5. Cafe. This is generally an epic failure. There are no dishes there. Everything is served in plastic. The kitchen of semi-finished products. The dumplings were normal, the rest was not tasty, the portions were small. The prices are not low, but at least they did not break, as it happens with us, and you can pay with a card. They don't make normal coffee! That the bartender doesn't know how to use a Turk? They just dilute one spoonful of nescafe per 300ml and this urine is served for 600 tg! That's how we had breakfast. It's good that you didn't have to pay for this coffee, it's included in the free breakfast.
6. When we left, the gate was silently opened to us, the administrator glanced at us briefly and turned away, continuing to communicate with her interlocutor. That's it! She doesn't care about us, she doesn't need our good opinion. The feeling that we are a burden to them, like refugees came, stayed and left, and they exhaled with relief. I'm exaggerating a little, but it feels like this.
I don't want to sound like an urban snob, but on vacation outside Almaty, you can get to the village of pleasant relaxation, or you can get to the village of ignorance and absurdity, and unfortunately the second option was ours.
