Very good recreation center, very nice, responsive, polite, friendly staff🩷You guys are great, thank you for an unforgettable vacation, for clean and cozy rooms with good mattresses and snow-white linen. Thank you for the Alma TV in the room, for the air conditioner, for the disposable accessories in the bathroom (a trifle is nice☺️) for the artificial lawn for our legs🤗 for the huge number of (free) sun beds throughout the territory, for the delicious (free) breakfast, for the delicious food in the cafe in general, for the gorgeous views, for your concern for us (the administrator asked us several times a day if everything was fine, if everything was fine with us)
We rested here for the first time and I want to say that YOU are SUPER JAMAICA 🔥🔥🔥

We had a great rest! We were greeted warmly, the house was ready (we checked in at 5 am, upon arrival of the train) Everything is clean, cleaned every 3 days, and rested for 10 days. They will ask in advance when it is convenient to come to clean, come on time, without delay, cleaned thoroughly, changed the bed, towels, carried out general cleaning. It is convenient that breakfast is included immediately in the payment. The only disadvantage is that the payment for the reservation for the house is only through Caspi Bank. Payment is not possible from Russia. Therefore, difficulties arose at this stage. The rest is definitely a family vacation! There are no screams, loud uncontrolled music, noisy cheeky companies. I liked everything! I recommend it!!!

Awesome The staff is good, especially the hostess Kairat, very polite. We lived in a house or bungalow, clean and cozy. There is a lot of entertainment for children, an inflatable water park and a playground. There are a lot of children. It's quiet at night because the vacationers are family. The beach is clean. In the kitchen, I ate pike perch in batter, it was delicious. The breakfast is also delicious.

The houses are very cozy and comfortable. There is a private bathroom, air conditioning, refrigerator. Mini terrace for 3 people, on the territory of the zone there are 2 swimming pools, a children's area, a cafe. Breakfast is included. Sandy beach, clean. There are canopies, umbrellas, sun beds. You can bring your own food and drinks. The breakfast was delicious and hearty. The prices in their cafes are not cheap.

Thank you for a wonderful stay!! The staff is friendly, always in a good mood. The food is delicious, but expensive. We lived for 10 days, ate breakfast included in the price and went to the city for lunch. The weather was great, so the buns, catamarans, and so on worked. There are many families with children, but there is enough space for everyone and no one, as is usually the case, spoils the rest and mood with their presence. Young people who apparently work in the summer are also pleasant to communicate with, they will always prompt and help. The guard Uncle Vova is a sweetheart!) However, with the current situation in Russia at the moment, a couple of staff members treated us with obvious racism, but this did not sadden our vacation, they have to live with it! Thank you for your hospitality)

Excellent location at reasonable prices! There are two frame swimming pools, a Playground. Good coastline. The barbecue area is large, there are many tables under a canopy. Simple houses for not picky citizens. Cleanly. The kitchen is for four people. Something is delicious, something is not very good. It is convenient that you can come with your own food and drinks. The prices at the bar are quite reasonable and compete with neighboring recreation centers.

The recreation center is just great. A gentle , clean shore. Cozy rooms. Good cuisine. There is a playground and swimming pools for children. It's worth the tennis. Everything is free.

I don't know where we would have gone if there had been 5 of us. Probably like sardines stood. At the same time, there are enough beds, but it seems to me that it is impossible to sell like this.

It is very sad that this recreation area has lost the best part of the beach in favor of the useless embankment project... a bad head does not give rest to anything and no one at all. Now this institution will obviously lose customers, because the remaining part of the beach is clearly worse: a lot of stones of various sizes and some construction fragments on the bottom, the water is very dirty, the depth is sharp after shallow water, the water is very crowded (for now) from vacationers.

I read reviews and looked for a quieter place so that the house was comfortable and stood next to the beach and so that the beach was free and clean. All expectations were met, and everything turned out that way. The staff is friendly. The cafe has a simple breakfast, but I liked the coffee shop, it's cozy, and the prices are acceptable. The rest left a good impression.
Of the disadvantages:
There are no benches on the beach in the shower stall area, but I want to sit down, wipe my feet, put on shoes.
There is no WiFi in the houses, maybe it is important for someone.

We rested at the base for 3 days with two children , we arrived on weekdays , there were few people, prices were too high in the cafe, there is air conditioning in the houses, which saves in the heat , they offer omelette or porridge for breakfast , tea / coffee , everything else needs to be bought , a huge MINUS throughout the territory and by the pools and right on it is allowed to smoke on deck chairs near the sea, well, or no one says that it is forbidden, they see that children play in the sand and start smoking next to them, and throw steers straight into the sand! There is also no drinking water available ! It is sold at an inflated price in the cafe! As soon as there are more people on the beach, bullheads and other debris appear next to the sunbeds. We went to another cafe to eat , the prices there are the same , but much tastier and customer orientation is better .
The whole area is clean ( if you close your eyes to people who don 't know how to clean up after themselves on the beach )
In general , we rested , tanned and bought up , but for this price we could at least hang a new shower in the house 😒
It would be possible to come up with something for children and their leisure, even if for an additional fee.

It is easier to order from Konaev, it turns out cheaper and tastier. The staff is polite. The territory is also quite well landscaped, but it can be even better. Unfortunately, the pools are framed, for such a price of accommodation you can already make full-fledged and larger ones. The beach is beautiful and well-groomed, but half of the beach is rocky, the stones are insular, so it hurts to go in, it's better to go where the sand is completely. We have been traveling for 4 years in a row, because in general, if compared with other holiday areas in Jamaica, it is better. Therefore, 4 is a minus.

Nice beach, sand, gradual entry into the water. Sun beds, umbrellas, gazebos, barbecues - everything is included in the price. Those who want to go to the houses to sleep, and those who want can at least sit in gazebos for half the night. They don't bother anyone.
The rooms have a shower, toilet, air conditioning, TV.
There is a restaurant on site, you can eat there, the food is so-so, normal. That would be a great cook there and it would be super!
