My mother turned (due to the inconvenient working hours of the workshop for me) to these "masters" due to the fact that the rubber heel in Chelsea was worn out. After 3 weeks, the new heel came off. They took it back to the master, and the shoes were repaired again, taking less money and indicating the reason for the initially poor quality. It took 3 weeks, and the repair came off again. It's been 2 weeks, and it's been repaired again. The result was 3 detached heels in 2.5 months, and each time they took money from my mother, despite the fact that the work was done poorly initially.
Turning to another workshop, they said that these "masters" simply ruined expensive shoes from the beginning, cutting off too much material during repair, and because of this, the new heel peeled off when walking.
Save your nerves and time, because I assume that you do not want to get into a situation like me: take your favorite pair of expensive shoes with the hope of prolonging her life and walk down the street after repairs, leaving the torn heel behind (as I have done 3 times over 2.5 months, despite the fact that I am 80% I drive a car).

What was done to me in another workshop without question is "impossible" for this workshop. And the feeling that she had disturbed the master with her arrival.. once, however, they stitched my collar here, although they refused at first according to tradition - 2 stars for this.

The man is a boor, the description here says shoe and CLOTHING repairs, as a result, I asked if they could put Alpha buttons here, in a rough form they asked me where, turned around and replied "I do not repair clothes!!!" horror, the mood is spoiled.

I handed over my boots. replacement of zippers and seals. I took away the complete horror, the zipper was inserted so terribly and not of high quality that about kashmar, the supenator was broken in the boot. Dear management, who are you hiring, people are completely unable to do their job. It is not possible to continue wearing boots.
