The hotel is beautifully located. The sea and the beach are clean and beautiful. It is generally renovated. Unfortunately, there is no other good one. The first day we checked into the hotel, my stomach got upset in the evening. I had constant vomiting and diarrhea until morning. In the morning, I went to the hospital and received a serum so that this short-term vacation would not be poisoned. He lifted me up a bit, but in the evening my wife and brother started having the same complaints, and they suffered from diarrhea, vomiting and fever all night until the next morning. Our holiday was poisoned. This is a separate problem, that we are weak from the disease, it is another problem that we feel sick when we hear the smell of food. We only got sick at the hotel. We called Ms. Sila from ETS, explained the situation, checked out of the hotel ahead of time and asked for a refund for the unused night. He also contacted the management of the hotel and made us meet face to face. Pinar, the manager at the reception, behaved so casually and indifferently with us. She didn't even express regret about the situation that happened to us. "Our hotels are praised for their food and cleanliness. This can't be happening. Now we have 400 guests in the hotel. There are no other complaints. If we give the go-ahead for this, then we admit that you were poisoned." He didn't even hesitate to dust himself and the hotel. He didn't even make an attempt to compensate for this situation that happened to us. It's like we're lying and he doesn't believe us. First you need to document everything, etc., he said. Although he said in his own words that this is true in such important cases as funerals and illness. And what other disease could happen to us on vacation, besides food poisoning. Later, when our condition worsened and all four of our health problems worsened, we all went back to the hospital. After treatment there, the doctor diagnosed "food poisoning", and we received the necessary documents. We will meet with them legally. On the day we returned from the hospital, we had to spend the last night. At dinner, we fed our little daughter's stomach and left the hotel without spending the night, because we were standing around, it was impossible to rest, and they cooled them down enough, thanks to them. In addition, the ventilation of the grill section in the restaurant is insufficient. It gets very smoky inside and there is a heavy smell of food. There was also little variety of dishes. True, there are lizards in the hotel, but we did not notice any harm. The rest of the staff was friendly and interested. But the person who was supposed to be in charge of the work was very disappointed with his approach. I'm not going past this hotel anymore. I would not recommend it to anyone.

The first line is a super beach. Great staff! Everything is great. Excellent repairs were made. A new swimming pool. Beach towels, new sun beds on the beach and by the pool. The air conditioners are not noisy, they were taken outside the balcony. Everything is new and chic.

A fairly large and green area, everything is well maintained, endlessly something is being cut, trimmed, sawn. The most excellent beach: large, sandy, gentle entrance to the water, the clearest water. There are always free sun loungers on the beach, the distance between them is large, vacationers do not interfere with each other. The main contingent is pensioners and a few families with children. Meals for the three of us for 5+, there was always chicken and turkey, beef and lamb every other day. Fish every day at least once for lunch, every other day for lunch and dinner. I definitely recommend the hotel.
