Disgusting service, a "tightly frostbitten" administrator (there is no other way to say it), a waitress who is always scared with trembling hands and brings absolutely not what was ordered. We were with a friend on 09/23/20 (Wednesday), made an order for about 2 thousand rubles. they brought everything quickly enough and asked to pay immediately, after which it was said that they would close in 10 minutes, that today the Yakitoria does not work until 22:00, but until 21:40. Accordingly, we did not have time to eat and we asked to pack everything with us. After that, my friend waited for our package, and I decided to use the women's room, respectively, leaving all my things at the table, but there was another surprise waiting for me, the LIGHTS were TURNED OFF in the toilet!!!! I didn't understand what was going on and when I opened the door, it turned out the light was turned off in the whole room, I didn't understand where to go, it was good that I had a phone with me and I turned on the flashlight. Turning on the flashlight, I saw the administrator standing at the exit and someone else, most likely a guard. I asked the receptionist if my friend had gone out, she replied that no, that she was waiting at the table (with things in complete darkness) and at that moment my patience broke, I began to express everything, to which the administrator did not react in any way, did not explain what happened, where the apologies and why such an attitude TO THE GUESTS!!! Therefore, I appeal to the top management!!!Please explain- what kind of service is this? What kind of administrator is this? Why wasn't they allowed to come out in a human way? And we are waiting for an apology!
P.S. The advice of the day is to change the administrator, the terrified service staff, teach them to respect guest customers and then not 3 tables will be occupied in your institution;) With Uv. Victoria.
