We were in the month of September 2019.
The hotel itself is considered one of the two best on the island. Including due to the large territory and the length of the beach.
The staff is friendly, but not intrusive as in Egypt, does not allow familiarity.
The kitchen has a large number of dishes, but almost all with mediocre taste qualities. The size of hot dishes is limited with an unlimited number of approaches.
I liked the waiters' service. The table where we usually ate was served according to our needs with the drinks that we preferred. We were with young children, there were no problems with the quality of food. A big plus is several types of ice cream. His taste, compared with the Gost Russian ice cream, is a weak four, but in the heat this disadvantage is an advantage.
The room stock is not fresh). The sizes and furniture of almost all rooms are the same. We examined about a dozen, all as clones. The only difference is in the cot, which is stationary and located opposite the air conditioner. Our wishes at one o'clock in the morning, upon check-in, were fully taken into account and we were brought a separate single bed for the child, which was placed in a row with two half-beds (a regular double bed).
There was animation, but it was specific,
designed mostly for the fairer sex, and not for children. There was no children's play area, and in the part where work should be carried out without workers.
The beach is not very close, especially from certain buildings, but it is quite tolerable.
The disadvantage can be attributed to the building of the hotel, which is not unique in the design and arrangement of architectural elements (with the exception of number plates), which leads to confusion. People in the first days, and some for the entire rest period, wander through the same type of maze to get to their room.
After two years, the impressions are only positive. The negative ones are all related to the work of the tour operator and his guides, who, by their actions and inaction, sought to worsen our vacation, but this is a separate topic and is not related to the work of the hotel staff and its basic services.

We went this year in the middle of July... The room is excellent (safe, balcony, air conditioning), the cleaning is good! The staff is super-smiling, hospitable, polite! The beach is great, wifi at the reception and on the beach, the pool is clean! Meal...Super🤗-fresh, delicious, super ice cream!!! I recommend this hotel! The hotel itself is like a maze! The hotel is quiet, tidy, cool)))
