I called, we immediately found out what brand of refrigerator it was, how it broke down. They said they could immediately repair it on the spot, even if it was an engine. The master arrived the same day and an hour and a half later the refrigerator started working. Today, Sunday, I applied to repair the dishwasher. The master arrived 1.5 hours later, repaired, cleaned everything, gave good recommendations on the care of the dishwasher and the selection of detergents. Many thanks to Master Maxim! In the dry balance, if without emotion:

A week and a half passes - the situation does not change. We contact the manager (Anastasia introduced herself) - he promises that someone will contact us during the day. No one contacts us, we call Anastasia again. She no longer remembers about our case, and again responds with vague phrases. We ask what the new deadlines are. He says until Wednesday. We are clarifying whether this is for sure before Wednesday. The answer is, let's hope so.
"Let's hope" is the motto of a company consisting of unskilled craftsmen and indifferent managers.
In addition, they dodge questions about the warranty, they can't connect two words about the repair process.
The result of the appeal (today 23.11): In a week and a half, absolutely NOTHING was done, not even a diagnosis was carried out. Although every time they said "it will be on Wednesday" /"on Friday". They took away the part, losing their time and nerves.
We kindly ask the representatives of the company! You do not need to answer once again "we cannot give deadlines, it depends on the complexity of the work, etc." The problem is not that you cannot give deadlines, but that you are lying, saying "2-3 days", "on Wednesday" and cannot even explain what you are doing or intend to do. make a wizard with our module. But as it turned out, the master did not do anything at all. And explain the breakdown, except with the phrases "well, this, that... looking for.." I couldn't either. Qualification is a big question!
