For 12 years of continuous donations, I can only say positive reviews about this place. The staff is adequate and pleasant, of course there are individuals who perform procedures unprofessionally, but this is because of their short experience, so it is tolerable and forgivable. And so everything is fine

I want to say that the doctors here are such cuties! The first time I donated blood at the university, there was a check-out, the second time - here. I didn't really know what and how, I called the help desk - the women explained everything, I asked many more questions, they told me everything. No hitting/screaming. I spent about 3 hours until everything was checked and I donated blood.

Today I became a blood donor for the first time. I'm very proud of myself. The center is free of problems and complaints, the medical staff is calm, responsive, jokes and laughter - so that it would not be so scary the first time. Thank you, I hope I will be a regular customer!
